Double room - nice location- very center

Points forts : Hôte sympathique et agréable. Logement très central et bien situé. Points faibles : on a eu très froid les nuits passées. Pas de chauffage à l'intérieur en plein hiver (en panne ?) et assez bruyant aussi car mal isolé.

Great location. Just be aware this is basically a mini Hostel. 5 rooms with people coming and going. Never felt unsafe though. Noisy because of the location. Nice size bed. Bathroom really needs some work. Shouldn't have to mop up after your shower. Daniel the host was nice and fair but a little hard to get a hold of through email. Also it's 95 steps to the flat and there is no lift.

Nice place, nice area, nice owner, close to down town. Like for this price its realy ok :) Całkiem przyzwoity pokój, w ciekawej okolicy, blisko samego centrum. Sympatyczny właściciel. Jak na tę cenę warunki ok.

Daniels apartment was really easy to find from Placa de Catalunya (about 15 min walk) and Daniel was there to greet us. Daniel was really friendly and helped us get our bearings of where we were and where we wanted to go. The location of the apartment is great and meant that we were within easy reach of many of Barcelonas attractions, local bars, restuarants and patisseries. Once in the building reaching the apartment required an element of fitness as it's on the 3rd floor and there is no lift but, as we had little luggage, this wasn't a problem for us. The apartment is shared by guys from other countries and they were all really friendly and happy to help if we had any questions. All the facilities that we could need were there even including internet access. The room is basic but clean and even though there were 5 people in the apartment there was never an issue with getting to the bathroom! If you're working to a tight budget, want easy acces to attractions / transport etc and fancy living in a real Barcelona apartment rather than a hotel then this is definately a place to consider.

Pasó muy bien en el piso de Daniel. Con gente muy simpática. La habitacion y el piso siempre estaba limpia y ordenada. Daniel siempre se preocupó que que esté bien.Voy a volver otra vez. Gracias Daniel

Eine Frechheit dieses 6m² Zimmer was mit Möbeln völlig voll ist für 2 Personen anzubieten. Das Zimmer hat KEINE FENSTER nach außen, dafür Fenster zum Nachbarn und zum Flur. Man hörte sogar das klicken eines Kugelschreibers. Privatsphäre fehlanzeige! Rauch zog vom Zimmer nebenan in unser Zimmer. Nachts um 4h lärm durch andere Bewohner, Wände etwa 5 cm stark, man hört wirklich ALLES! Alte Ohrstöpsel unter der Matratze, Bett war bratthart, da es sich dabei nur um Schaumstoff auf einer Holzplatte handelte. Eine alte siffige Matzratze lag dafür unter unserem Bett. Boden schmutzig, Kühlschrank stand vor Dreck, Bad schmuddelig, Balkon vollgestellt, mit Fahrrad, Wischeimer mit Wasser, Wäscheständer (nicht wie in Anzeige zum Frühstücken geeignet). Die ersten 2 Stunden unseres Aufenthalts waren wir damit beschäftigt zu Putzen. Türklinke des Zimmers nicht befestigt. Lose Bodenfliesen, schimmeliges Besteck im Geschirrspüler etc. etc.Gastgeber selber war leider icht da, schickte einen Freund der Nett war aber auch versprochene Handlungen, wie Bettwäsche aus der Waschmaschine in den Trockner zu stecken nicht übernahm. Alles in Allem ein Reinfall, immerhin entschädigt die Stadt für diese Rumpelkammer.

Daniel et ses colocataires sont très sympathiques. La chambre est simple et propre. Des moutons dans le living mais on y reste pas. Un colocataire toutefois très bruyant quand il rentre en pleine nuit. Sinon aucun bruit. L appart est bien plaçé et au 6 ième sans ascenseur. Satisfaisant dans l ensemble.

Sehr zentral und gut gelegen. Leider waren die Mitbewohner etwas zu laut in der Nacht (dünne Wände). Hätte mir eine Kaffeemaschine für den morgentlichen Kaffee gewünscht. Zimmer und Wohnung waren soweit sauber. Zum schlafen hat's gereicht. Netter und hilfbereiter Kontakt.

Posizione centrale e comoda. Siamo stati bene anche se l'appartamento non era ben curato e lasciava un pò a desiderare dal punto di vista dell'igiene. In generale abbiamo comunque trascorso un buon soggiorno soprattutto grazie a questa fantastica città catalana.
