The modern apartment with a size of 70 m2 is ideal for couples with children. Both bedrooms are equipped with single beds. There is 1 bathroom with bath tub.
The apartment is located on the 2th floor; there is no elevator in the building. The living area has amazing views over the ocean. In the living room with its modern sofa you will pass a pleasant time reading a good book, surfing on the internet (WIFI) or just enjoy your free time. The open-plan kitchen offers you everything you will need for your holidays: microwave, dishwasher, cutlery, electric oven, vitro ceramic hob and a refrigerator-freezer. Of course there is also a washing machine, an iron and an iron board. The dining table has 4 chairs. The whole apartment is modern and tastefully furnished. Pets are not allowed.
Upstairs there is a terrace with astonishing views over Alcúdia Bay. It is fitted with a table and seats for 4 people, 2 sunloungers, one parasol and a barbecue to enjoy the most of summer dinners outside. The neighbours have also access to the terrace, but each flat has its own equipment.
The location of the apartment is perfect because you have everything you may need in walking distance: the sand beach, a big variety of restaurants, snack bars, a pharmacy, drug stores, shops, supermarkets, bars, a taxi rank, a medical center and the bus station. The bus goes every 15 minutes to Alcúdia old town, Puerto de Pollença or other directions like Palma. The fine grained sand beach is only 10 meters away from the apartment; you just have to cross the sea promenade. The beach is perfect for toddlers because the swell is moderate and the beach slopes down gently into the water.
In Can Picafort you will find lots of restaurants for every kind of taste; fresh fish, excellent meat, pizza and pasta, tapas and typical Majorcan cuisine. By car or bus you could easily reach other nice beach areas like Playa de Muro, Playa de Formentor, Son Serra de Marina, Alcúdia old town, Puerto de Alcúdia or Puerto de Pollença. The old town of Alcúdia with its little cobbled streets is a must see. Visit the old squares, the church and the town walls where you can also walk around the top of the old town. Sehr empfehlenswert diese Wohnung. Zwei Jahre alt, komplett eingerichtet, tolle Strandlage, fast direkter Meereszugang zum Baden, sehr netter Eigentümer, grosszügige Terrasse und Dachterrasse, ideal für Ausflugsfahrten im Bereich NO oder Dünenwanderungen. Son Serra de Marina ist ein ruhiges Städchchen weit, weit weg vom Ballermann. Erholungsfaktor sehr hoch, Infrastruktur mit zwei kleinen Supermärkten und vier Restaurants absolut ausreichend, Wellengang bei NO-Wind für Wellensurfer ideal.

Es hat bei der Ankunft alles geklappt. Leider sind zu der Wohnung keine Infos z.B. wo ist die Gasflasche zum wechseln oder wo melde ich mich bei Bedarf. Wir hatten Ameisen in der Wohnung und hätten gerne schnell telefoniert.
Zur Wohnung: 3 Schlafzimmer und Wohnzimmer etwas klein mit sep. Küche. Badezimmer sehr klein. Wenn 5 bis 6 Personen in der Wohnung gibt es Stau.
Terrasse ist sehr gross und hat eine schöne Aussicht auf den Hafen. Leider führt die Hafenstrasse, sie ist direkt nachdem dem Becken ca. 60m weit weg, entlang. Der ganze Verkehr mit Bussen macht dadurch viel Lärm und war für uns , wir sind Ruhe gewohnt, zu laut. Städter sind da wahrscheinlich nicht empfindlich. Kleiner Strand ist in 10 Min erreichbar. Leider keine Putzutensilien vorhanden, ausser Geschirrtücher.

Very nice apartment. Very good taste with furniture, paintings and sculptures. Aircon in every bedroom. Nice balcony to view the streetlife even if it can get noisy due to buses and busstops which was close. Close to beach, bakery and supermarkets.
The only really downside was the noise from restaurants which affects two of the three bedrooms. The windows are not that good as silencer. But what else to expect from such a central position?
