The modern apartment with a size of 70 m2 is ideal for couples with children. Both bedrooms are equipped with single beds. There is 1 bathroom with bath tub.

The apartment is located on the 2th floor; there is no elevator in the building. The living area has amazing views over the ocean. In the living room with its modern sofa you will pass a pleasant time reading a good book, surfing on the internet (WIFI) or just enjoy your free time. The open-plan kitchen offers you everything you will need for your holidays: microwave, dishwasher, cutlery, electric oven, vitro ceramic hob and a refrigerator-freezer. Of course there is also a washing machine, an iron and an iron board. The dining table has 4 chairs. The whole apartment is modern and tastefully furnished. Pets are not allowed.

Upstairs there is a terrace with astonishing views over Alcúdia Bay. It is fitted with a table and seats for 4 people, 2 sunloungers, one parasol and a barbecue to enjoy the most of summer dinners outside. The neighbours have also access to the terrace, but each flat has its own equipment.

The location of the apartment is perfect because you have everything you may need in walking distance: the sand beach, a big variety of restaurants, snack bars, a pharmacy, drug stores, shops, supermarkets, bars, a taxi rank, a medical center and the bus station. The bus goes every 15 minutes to Alcúdia old town, Puerto de Pollença or other directions like Palma. The fine grained sand beach is only 10 meters away from the apartment; you just have to cross the sea promenade. By car or bus you could easily reach other nice beach areas like Playa de Muro, Playa de Formentor, Son Serra de Marina, Alcúdia old town, Puerto de Alcúdia or Puerto de Pollença. The old town of Alcúdia with its little cobbled streets is a must see. Visit the old squares, the church and the town walls where you can also walk around the top of the old town. Lots of small bars and good restaurants invite you to stop off for a coffee or a snack and take it all in. On Tuesday and Sunday there is market day in Alcúdia and the town turns into a busy place with lots of people. Dieses Haus direkt am Meer ist wirklich ein Paradies Besonders genossen wir die absolute Ruhe und die vielen kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten zum Einstand (Mineralwasser, Obst, Kerze,...) Die küche ist mehr als gut ausgestattet und wir freuten uns nach jedem Ausflug auf die Terasse mit dem tollen Blick. Zwei kleine Verbesserungsvorschläge haben wir: Würde man in die 2 Schlafzimmer prophylaktisch Mückenstecker geben, wären auch die ersten Nächte ungestört. Wenn die 2 Einzelbetten nicht so klapprig und etwas breiten wären, könnten auch Erwachsene gut drin schlafen.
Da sonst alles so fein und perfekt war, vergeben wir trotzdem ein ezellent.

Unseren Kurzurlaub in Can Picafort haben wir sehr genossen.
Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen.
Die Wohnung entspricht ganz genau der Beschreibung im Internet. Alles ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sehr gepflegt und sauber. Die Ausstattung ist top es fehlt in der Küche an nichts alles ist vorhanden und noch viel mehr. Eine top Lage, mit einer traumhaften Aussicht auf das Meer aus allen Zimmern. Auf der Dachterrasse haben wir unser Frühstück genossen und abends die Sterne beobachtet.

Im Vorfeld fand ein guter Austausch über E-Mail statt.....die Flugankunftszeiten und Nachfrage auf zusätzliche Heizkörper. Ebenfalls wurde uns eine genaue Straßenkarte geschickt....
Wir wurden auch wie angekündigt von der Besitzerin- die übrigens im Erdgeschoss wohnte- pünktlich empfangen und in der Wohnung eingewiesen.
Die Wohnung war sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet.
Zum Sandstrand sind es ca. 15 Gehminuten.....Einkaufsmöglichkeiten reichlich umzu...Supermarkt Etorki ca 10 Gehminuten....super Busverbindung...
Der Ausblick vom Balkon am Morgen bei einem Kaffee Becher wunderbar.....Urlaub pur.....
Eine kleine Einschränkung ist der stetige Flugverkehr .....und damit verbundene Fluggeräusche.....daran muss man sich erstmal gewöhnen....ich habe meine Ohrenstöpsel zu schätzen gelernt....da ich sehr Geräuschempfindlich bin...
Diese Objekt kann ich aber mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen und ein schöner Urlaub ist garantiert..
Die Insel ist einfach phantastisch...

Additional big points were that you can park your car nearby, the grocery is just around the corner (2 minutes to walk), the app. is clean and a big kitchen with all the needed utensils is provided.If you'd like to rent a bike there is also a big bike rental shop nearby.
