House rules

Not much.
If smoking, please do it outside. I have 2 cats, and you will become members of their staff. They are outdoor cats, so not much bother.
I have cable TV in my room as well, so you can use the lounge in the evenings as you please.
Please not too much noise after I go to bed.
I am a traveller myself (just got back from Peru) and I am quite relaxed and easy going.

We have not regretted even one moment that we stayed in Christine house. Very nice person, comfortable bed, excellent location, 24 hours WF, shower, kitchen, everything what you need is there. thank you Christine. Only one small inconvenience: cats like to be on the kitchen table.

Christine is very helpful for all aspects of your stay in Melbourne, she obviously enjoys travelling. Accommodation is basic.. Maybe I am use to a slightly softer bed and OH watch those steps especially into kitchen from the back.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Christine une hote agréable et très serviable. La maison est situé dans un quartier paisible proche de la mer et des commerces ce qui est très appréciable et à 15min de la ville en tram!!

Even if the house is a bit dilapidated and rough, the place is really well based. Between beach and CDB. We passed a pleasant moment in this house.

Heerlijke huis met tuin, op loopafstand van het strand, en binnen 15 minuten in het centrume van Melbourne met de tram. Alle voorzieningen ( winkels ed) in de buurt.

We spent 3 beautiful days by Christine's house, where we felt home. Ideally located great coffee and shops in Albert park and a really nice walk to St Kilda
