Brand new big room 100m from subway

nous avons fort apprécié notre séjour à Rome chez Alessandro. Cependant nous aimerions formuler quelques petites améliorations pour la cuisine.Il faudrait prévoir des serviettes supplémentaires pour la vaisselle, des verres à vin et un peu plus de vaisselle, pour le reste tout était à la hauteur.

Sehr gutes Preisleistungsverhältnis,schnelle Verbindung zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten. Alessandro ist ein angenehmer hilfsbereiter Mensch ist eigentlich nur zwischen 14-16 Uhr in der Wohnung die eigentlich aus drei vermieteten Zimmer besteht.

Ottima struttura, casa accogliente e dotata di tutto quello che si necessita in bagno ed in cucina. Ottimo gusto nell'arredare la camera, spaziosa e ben disposta. La casa è a due passi dalla metropolitana con cui si raggiunge facilmente il centro. La zona è commerciale, piena di supermercati, ristoranti, negozi, bar e cinema. Raccomandato!

siamo stati molto bene la stanza e la casa in generale era molto pulita e accogliente . Alessandro il proprietario di casa era molto gentile e alla mano ci è piaciuto tutto complementi anche il prezzo era ottimo ! sicuramente ci ritorneremo !

Todo muy bien, ordenado y limpio ! Fácil de llegar en metro . Lo recomiendo !!

It was a pleasure to stay at Alessandro's apartment. The room was very comfortable, organized and clean. The apartment is nice and well located very close to the Lucio Sestio metro station, from which you can go anywhere in Rome. Alessandro is a very good host; he is nice and educated. He gave me and my two brothers some tips to get the best out of Rome.I strongly recommend Alessandro's apartment as a place to stay while traveling to Rome.

Es war ein sehr sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt, sehr sauber und wirklich sehr gute Anbindung an die Innenstadt!! Dieses Unterkunft hat unserem Urlaub wirklich noch die Krone aufgesetzt!!! Wenn wir wieder nach Rom reisen sollten, würden wir dort wieder übernachten, also wärmstens zu empfehlen!!

Alessandro's place was a great spot to just chill for a couple of days and not worry about leaving stuff around the room where people might steal it! It was great to have access to a kitchen (although we were unable to find a sharp knife...) and fridge as well. The room had air conditioning which was fantastic! The drain in the shower did start to block up the first night we were there but either Alessandro noticed it or another guest mentioned it because it was fixed the next day. I would definitely recommend Alessandro's place to anyone staying in Rome. Transport into the city was very easy as well.

Super Wohnung in einer Top-Lage ganz nah an der Metro. In ca. 15 Min. ist man an der spanischen Treppe. Die Whg. Ist sauber und es ist ruhig. Bad und Küche ist für die Gemeinschaft (es gibt insgesamt drei Zimmer). Also ich war Super zufrieden :) Grazie Alessandro :)

We had a nice stay. The room was nice and tidy. Easy access to metro and city of Rome plus big plus for the nearby park. Alessandro was a pleasant and helpful host. He is only in the apartment when new people arrive but we did have his phone number in case we needed him. The reason for the 4 and not 5 star: there are 3 rooms in the apartment which also means you share the bathroom with potentially up to 6 people, which occured during our stay. There is no seperate toilet, 6 people is bit too much for one shared bathroom/toilet, especially in the mornings. The kitchen is also way too small to accommodate 6 people at same time. Even with 4 it was cramped. Apart from that, very recommended place to stay during your visit in Rome.
