Bonjour, Nous venons de rentrer après ce cours séjour passé à Venise dans la location Gioachin, ou nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement très bien situé et très bien entretenu, ambiance quartier, avec un bon rapport qualité prix ou nous avons été reçu avec un accueil chaleureux. C'était parfait.

Ottimo appartamento, rinnovato di recente, in un buon quartiere. Il nostro soggiorno (una vacanza di tre giorni con i figli) è stato piacevole e privo di problemi. L'ospite è stato gentile e puntuale.

The appartment is very fine and well equiped, indeed. Everything was brand new . Especially the two bathrooms and the kitchen were impressing. The location is good, wether you want to visit all the famous attractions by foot or by train/metro. We have no complains at all and highly recommend the host Enrico and the flat.

L'appartement est idéalement situé, juste à coté du Colisée. La rue est plutot sympathique, avec ses restaurants, ses petits commerces, mais n'est pas bruyante. L'appartement est spacieux et confortable. Le mobilier est un peu vieillot et disparate, mais la literie est excellente. C'est propre et il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un bon séjour. Le chauffage et l'eau chaude fonctionnent impeccablement. Je recommande cet appartement, qui est d'un excellent rapport qualité prix.

Bel monolocale, ben arredato e fornito del necessario per cucinare. Posizione tranquilla e centro raggiungibile velocemente con bus o a piedi. Proprietario gentile e disponibile.

Excente para 4 o 5 personas, para 6 un poco justo. La zona tiene de todo, es un barrio con mucha vida y la casa escrupulosamente limpia. Cocina muy comoda.

All informasjon og tidspunkt for overtakelse var perfekt. Leiligheten var flott for to par og et fint utgangspunkt til det meste av severdigheter. Det var litt dårlig utstyrt med kopper på kjøkkenet.

Place very comfortable for two couple as there are two bathrooms. Good location Vatican can be reached on foot ,Rome by metro or buses. Very clean and nice apartament close to a supermarcet with delicious italian food. Place quait noisy during the night.
