Luxurious Canal Apartment in City

Die Wohnung liegt in einem sehr schönen Viertel von Amsterdam direkt an einer Gracht. Die Schlüsselübergabe hat problemlos geklappt, Feryad ist sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt und buchen das Appartement bei unserer nächsten Amsterdam-Reise auf jeden Fall wieder!

Wir wurden sehr freundlich vom Gastgeber in Empfang genommen. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem typischen Amsterdamer Haus, direkt an einer Gracht und mitten in der City. Vom Esstisch und vom Schlafzimmer konnten wir die Boote vorbei fahren sehen. Traumhaft! Die Zimmer sind so, wie auf den Fotos dargestellt. Das einzige, was wir zu bemängeln haben, sind die Betten. Das Doppelbett im zweiten Schlafraum war viel zu weich. Hier müsste eine neue Matratze rauf. Ansonsten können wir die Wohnung gern weiterempfehlen.

Die Lage des Appartments ist unschlagbar- man kann alles zu Fuss bequem und schnell erreichen!!Wunderschöner Blick vom Esstisch auf den Kanal! Feryad war pünktlich u hilfsbereit, mit der Übergabe hat alles geklappt. Im grossen u ganzen ist die Wohnung o.k., es war sauber, wenn ein paar Kleinigkeiten (kaputte Glühbirnen, zu wenig Geschirr ) behoben werden , wird der Aufenthalt noch besser! Vielen Dank- wir würden wieder kommen!!

L'appartamento è in un quartiere fantastico (Jordaan), separato dal centro vero e proprio da un tragitto di un quarto d'ora a piedi. Come tutte le dimore di Amsterdam è stretto ed estremamente sviluppato in larghezza, con un piano terra estesissimo (sul divano ci si può stare in dieci) ed un primo piano un po' più angusto. Le camere da letto sono spaziose il giusto, ma si avverte un po' la carenza di armadi; a mio parere, comunque, nella camera da quattro è consigliabile vivere al massimo in tre persone. Evidenzio che le reti del letto matrimoniale non sono completamente integre e questo si traduce in una certa scomodità. Il bagno è curato e abbastanza funzionale, penalizzato appena un po' dal box doccia esteticamente molto bello, ma leggermente scomodo per l'assenza di un piatto doccia isolato dal pavimento (una volta aperto il box si può comunque usare una comoda spazzola tergivetro per tenere l'acqua all'interno) Il proprietario è molto cortese e disponibile, ma da' qualche problema di reperibilità soprattutto in fase di prenotazione (dopo una settimana di tentativi ci ha contattato il giorno prima della partenza). waren zu 6 in der wohnung. die wohnug ist super gelegen, alle wichtigen plätze zu fuss erreichbar! matratzen der betten sehr hart oder sehr weich. zimmer sonst o.k. im bad zu wenig frottierwäsche für 6 personen, jedoch ein haartrockner. küche gross und modern, leider fast keine küchenutensilien. ein-aus checken problemlos. merci barbara

We greatly enjoyed the stay in the spacious and luxurious apartment situated on one of Amsterdam's scenic canals ('gracht') and within walking distance of Amsterdam City attractions. Host Feryad was extremely helpful and attentive. All in all a wonderful experience that we look forward to repeating.

Lovely apartment, very nicely appointed and can't be beaten for location. Lovely view over the gracht to old traditional townhouses, and in walking distance of everything we wanted to do in Amsterdam. Feryad was very helpful and friendly. A slight issue while we were there with the heating, but imagine that is fixed now, so a perfect place to stay.

Exellent, very nice apartment in a perfect part of the town! We had three happy and funny days in the area. Good service from Feryad! Thank you! (Could have got some more towels)

We all had a Lovely stay and can not wait to go back. Our host Feryad was friendly and welcoming. We all had our own space as lots of room and all we needed we found. It was clean and happy to cook eack day as kitchen was nice. When we found where we was on the map we found it very easy to find each day or night. Supermarket very close and all we wanted if not it was only a walk away. The stairs was a little steap up to toilet and bedrooms but arnt they all lol. Looking forward to staying again. Thank you
