Layout
This 120sqm (1290sq ft) apartment is just amazing. It has two separated bedroom and can sleep up to 5 guests. The two levels are organized as such : on the main level you will find the two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed (200x200), a large walk-in closet and an en suite bathroom. This bathroom features a bathtub, a walk-shower (Italian shower) and the toilets. The second bedroom is spacious. It features three single beds : one of them is on a mezzanine (80x190) and there is also a pullout bed (so 2 single beds 80x190). Note that they cannot form a double bed as they won't be at the same level. You will be able to store your clothes in the closet. For the guests sleeping in the second bedroom, a second bathroom is available, next to the room, giving on the hallway. It features a bathtub shower and toilets.
The living/dining-room is located on the other side of the apartment, with a nice, sunny balcony, facing gardens. This living area is delightful, decorated with nice paintings, it features a large couch and a coffee table. The dining area features a dining table for six people.
The fitted kitchen is open on the dining-area. It is very well equipped with nothing but top of the range equipments. The stairs will then lead you to the family room. This room has a couch that can also be used as a single bed (80x180) and a television. Both sides of the room have sliding glass doors that open on the terrific 80sqm arborated terrace. This terrace has been organized so you can fully enjoy it : a dining table for up to eight people, a ping pong table, a barbecue, etc…This will be just a pleasure during the summer season ! Note that there is an A/C system for this room.
