In English : house no. 23A, alley no. 149A, Le Duan street, Hoan Kiem district, Hanoi

When you reach the alley 149A of Le Duan street, you will see the brandname outside of a company call Vietwonders, just go directly until the end of this alley and find the house number 23A. Becareful, my place is NOT inside the alley 149C with the hotel Hai Duong

When you arrive in Hanoi, you should buy a Vietnamese sim card in order to contact me cause if you using your roaming number, I pick up your call and I lost my credit too. If you don't have time, just come to my house and I will choose for you. Let me know what time you will arrive to my house because sometimes I go out

The best way to come to my house FROM AIRPORT is by taxi, just show them my address but be careful of taxi driver, sometimes they will overcharge you more than normal. Incase if you forget your things in the car, you will never receive it back. So better let me order for you a pick up service with reasonable price. They will wait for you inside the airport with your name on board and my address : 23A ngõ 149A tập thể đại học Mỹ thuật, Lê Duẩn. It costs fix price for 17$ or 350.000 VND or 13$ EUR for 5 seats car, you pay them directly in banknotes only (no coins please).

After 9pm the door of alley no.149A sometime closed, actually you could open it if it's not locked. Otherwise, there is another way to come in to my house by going to the alley no. 149K or 149D (NOT 149C with the hotel Hai Duong) This alley always open whole time, so you go inside, turn left, then go directly to the end is alley 149A, turn right go till the end and find my house number 23A. My house is typical Vietnamese style house in the typical alley, have fun and try to find out :-)

Please when you leave the room, turn of the light, fan, water heater and air-conditioner

You cannot smoke inside any rooms but you can smoke besides opened windows or outside the house

Breakfast is self-serviced in our kitchen, please feel free to use and eat everything you see there, don't have to ask for permission, just clean after use

When you finish your staying, please remember to left the key into the drawer of shoe wardrobe near the door
