The apartment is located in el Masnou, a village a few 15 kilometers from Barcelona. From the flat you can access the train only 15 minutes walking, and the journey by train to the centre of Barcelona does not take more than 20 minutes.
It is a flat of only 5 years old, garden area with swimming pool and only 200 metres from the sea.
The double bedroom has fitted wardrobes and you have bathroom, for our guests.
Optionally you can rent a parking place in the same building.
Unlimited use of all common, as the kitchen or on the terrace spaces can be done.
El Masnou is one of the main municipalities of the comarca of the Maresme. The town is very well connected and offers a wide range of arguments to be visited throughout the year, especially during the summer months. Come to know us!
