Nice Apartment in Friedrichshain

Très bon séjour, appartement propre, calme . Le lit est confortable. Situé dans un quartier très agréable avec beaucoup de boutiques et restaurants à proximité. Il est très bien desservie par les transports en commun. L'appartement est au rez de chaussée, il n'est donc pas très lumineux c'est le seul tout petit bémol. Merci Ben!

War alles super! Für einen Kurzaufenthalt zu zweit absolut empfehlenswert. Total unkompliziert...besonders die Handhabung der Schlüsselübergabe.

We stayed in this apartment for 8 nights. Pros: Picking up the key was easy. The location was great. Friedrichschain is a fun and lively area. The flat was reasonably priced. Plenty of hot water. Good heating for a winter stay. Quiet courtyard location made for restful nights. Cons: Poor lighting. No kettle. Some cutlery but not much. Only one dish towel and few bath towels (maybe not a problem for short stays but a con for longer stays). Overall the flat met our needs but our stay could have been improved with a few minor enhancements/additions.

Super schöne Altbauwohnung, liebevoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Der Gastgeber war auch gut erreichbar! Die Wohnung ist wunderbar gelegen, neben tollen Restaurants, Bars, Cafés und auch Second-Hand-Läden und kleinen Boutiquen. U-Bahn-Anbindung ist auch super, also alles in allem: rundum empfehlenswert!

I came to Berlin with a few work colleagues of mine to show them my hometown. The flat was in a very convenient location, within walking distance to Warschauer Strasse and Frankfurter Tor. The famour bar and restaurant strip Simon-Dach Strasse was a stone's throw away. The place was clean and really good value for money. Make sure you are quiet in the evening though, as you hear every noise. Thanks Ben for a great stay!

Cozy appertment in a nice part of berlin close to some bars and restaurants. It was our first time in berlin and we enjoyed it a lot. The apperment is suitable for 5.but the fifth person has to sleep on the couch, wich is not to bad. The appertment was clean and worth the price you pay for it.

ganz zufrieden mit der Wohnung und dem Dienst : angenehm, sauber, ruhig, genug bequem für 5 Personen, sehr gut Wärmedämmung, absolut empfehlenswert !

Es ist das zweite Appartment, das ich beim Wimdu gebucht habe. Diesmal waren wir wirklich mehr als zufrieden.

Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war o.k., die Lage auch. Die Wohnung ist alles andere als hell! Abenteuerliche Elektro-Installationen, sehr bescheidene Küchen-Ausstattung. Keine Ablage-Möglichkeiten, z.B. für Kleidung.

Fin lejlighed i et fedt byområde. Lejligheden er funktionel og praktisk.
