Studio in the Heart of Marais

Room very small, linens dirty, as well as bathroom. Cleaning costs were not clearly stated at before payment. Owner not cooperative at all. Just the location was OK in the middle of a lovely street in Marais

Perfect location, with walking distance to all the nice need to see quarters and areas in central parts of Paris. Well equipped apartment. On the downside a small apartment with one window and no AC that, during the heat wave, couldn't be cooled. An overall great stay and a housing worth the cost!

We really enjoyed our "petit appartement" in the heart of the Marais. It was clean, everything worked - the TV, WiFi, blow dryer, and microwave. Location was great and we enjoyed all of the great places to eat right on our street.

We had some very nice day at rue des rosiers. The locations is perfect in the cosy marais quarter near restaurants, bars, shops and metro. Nice simple studio, not that much space, but all you need.

Our week in Paris on Rue de Rosiers was just fantastic! Flat is perfect for a couple, it has all u need and we had great communication with the host. Central location, being close to all main attractions and being a part of marais was ideal for us.

Very nice apartment and we couldn't have asked for a more central location. We had a great week. I will recommend this apartment to everyone who wants a simple apartment in the heart of one of Paris' most beautiful areas.

Petit studio sympa avec tout ce qu'il faut!! Quartier génial! Que du bonheur!!

Wir haben die kleine saubere Wohnung zu dritt noch als sehr gemütlich empfunden. Das beste an der Wohnung ist definitiv die Lage! Einen besseren und günstigeren Ausgangspunkt, um Paris zu erleben und zu erkunden muss man erst mal finden. Einen Schritt aus dem ruhigen Innenhof und man ist mitten in lebendigen kleinen Gassen mit unzähligen Bars, Läden und Restaurants. Herzlichen Dank an die freundliche und unkomplizierte Gastgeberin.

Die Wohnung zu finden ist nicht problematisch, den Hausmeister dafür aber schon. Ein paar Telefonate lösten das Problem. Die Schlüsselübergabe hat ein wenig geklemmt, was aber auch meinen nur ungenügenden Französischkenntnissen geschuldet war. So haben wir die Wartezeit überbrückt und gleich das erste Restaurant getestet und für gut befunden. Ansonsten kann man sagen, dass die Wohnung unseren Erwartungen entsprochen hat. Zu bemerken ist, dass die Wände extrem hellhörig sind (nicht ungewöhnlich, nur ungewohnt) und eine Renovation ansteht, die uns aber nicht beeinträchtigt hat. Alles ist einfach, aber sauber und in gewisser Weise sogar charmant. Das Beste aber, war die Lage in Saint Germain du Pres. Von hier aus kann man hervorragend die Stadt erobern. Unser Hausmeister Jean Pierre ist ein fröhlicher und korrekter Zeitgenosse und war bei der Abreise sehr pünktlich. Bitte beachten, dass man eine Kaution hinterlegen muss. Bei uns betrug sie 250,- Euro. Zum Glück hatten wir ausreichend Bargeld dabei. Die Rückzahlung erfolgte ohne Probleme. Das sollte man mit in die Beschreibung aufnehmen! Die Ausstattung enthält einen Kaffeautomaten für Nespresso-Kapseln. Auf dem Champs-Élysées ist der dazugehörige Store :-) Ordentliche Rotweingläser finden sich ebenfalls, schön, wenn man abends noch ein Gläschen trinken möchte. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert! Man beachte auch den günstigen Tarif, da bleibt mehr Budget für Restaurant, Brasserie und Sightseeing.

Ideally located for our Paris visit, with very nice restaurants and various shops in walking distance. Contact and communication with renter very prompt and friendly. Bathroom basic but ok.
