Luxurious Studio In Alsancak (St7)

The Alsancak apartment is in a perfect location (on a quiet street) for those wanting to explore Izmir AND sample the shopping and nightlife. We stayed here for a few days and were completely comfortable. Emre came to meet us to show us to the apartment and check-out time was flexible, meaning we could leave our bags in the apartment on the last day. Would definitely go back again.

Die Wohnung an sich ist ganz schön. Für 3 Personen vollkommen ausreichend. Die Lage der Wohnung war aus unserer Sicht auch optimal, da man ziemlich die gleiche Entfernung zu z.B. Konak, Kemeralti, Alsancak oder Güzelyali hat. Zum Bus sind es ca. 3 Minuten Gehweg. Die Nachbarn genauso die Menschen in dieser Umgebung sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Leider gibt es aber doch auch negative Sachen, die ich ansprechen möchte: -in der Wohnungsbeschreibung gibt der Gastgeber an, dass die Wohnung nach jeder Vermietung gereinigt wird. Entweder stimmt diese Aussage nicht, oder diese Wohnung wurde vor uns lange Zeit nicht vermietet. An Hygiene hat es in jeder Ecke gefehlt. -die Waschmaschine funktioniert nicht -der Sofa ist leider genau in der Mitte ebenso kaputt

The description of the flat is not accurate. The flat is in the transgender hooker section of Izmir, down a creepy, dirty alley type street. The apartment was not well stocked with toilet paper or cleaning supplies and someone else's shower things were left in the shower (soap, shaver, etc). The apartment needs a good cleaning; the couch was dirty, the blanket was dirty, the floors needed sweeping and mopping. Plus the owner was no where to be found...I never met him. I would not recommend this place at all.

The apartment was clean and fully kitted out. It's close to a pedestrianised area for shopping and eating, the Kordon and the port.

While we really enjoyed our stay in Emre's Studio in Izmir we first stayed in #9 and it was not ready for customers. The shower was broke, there was no water in the toilet, the wall sockets were not properly connected to the wall (these were actually fixed at our request by an electrician). however, Emre did respond to our distress calls and transferred us to Studio #5 which was 100% ready for customers. Emre and his staff were friendly and listened to our concerns about apartment 9, they also met us from the train station on our fisrt night in Izmir. We did enjoy our stay but would have preferred not to have to deal with moving etc. as we were only there for 3 nights.

Ottimo l'appartamento ottima la posizione se torno a Izmir lo riprendo.

Very well located flat, very well furnished. Anyway the matelas was not very confortable, and the bathroom door's did not close well... But good flat !

The flat is quite nice and located very near to a very lively area of Izmir and very close to the sea too. I recommend it.
