DREAM'S ROOM IN THE HEART OF FLORENCE!!!

Great location. Place is slightly messy/dirty Definitely a noisy location so bring earplugs, good value.

Goededag Ik vond de plek helemaal leuk tussen de markt station en de mooie kerk. Wat niet fijn was dat ik sliep op een bed die kraakte en me rugpijn gaf. Doucheputje zat vol haren en douche eerst zelf schoongemaakt. De straal van de douche was minimaal.

Very good room, looks exactly like on the pictures. The place is clean (a cleaning person comes once a week) and the kitchen is nice for cooking as well. Its very noisy but the location is central and very good for visiting Florenz.

Veel trappen, dus heel gesjouw met koffers. Carmine's Engels niet byzonder. Hadden twinsbed gevraagd. Zou geen probleem zijn. Gelukkig was er nog een kamer vrij en konden die met bijbetaling van € 50,= en na 2 min. schoonmaken krijgen.Verder perfect; midden in centrum en het lawaai wen je aan,Keuken, badkamer alles aanwezig.

This place is exactly as advertised. Central, affordable, clean. Located in the upper part of the old city of Florence this is a good place for discovering the city.

There's nothing really to complain about, I had a great time staying at Carmine's place!

The apartment had an amazing location, right in the middle of everything, and we had such a nice time there. Our room was big, the bed was comfortable, everything was very clean, and we had fun talking with the other guests and watching Italian tv :). Overall great stay!!

My friend and I were touring Italy for two weeks and used Wimdu for every stay, and our room locations were all the same price. I feel this room was of less quality than the others which we stayed for the following reasons: 1. Shared spaces are very dirty. The bathroom and shower area is grimy. The floors are very dirty and stained. I did not want to touch anything or sit my things on any surface in the bathroom because it was so dirty. It did not look like it had ever been cleaned. 2. With no AC and no fan, we could only open the window to cool the room in the evening. Massive amounts of mosquitos flew in the window and bit us all night long, and we could not rest. We bought bug repellant for 15 Euro so we could rest, but were still bitten. 3. Noise outside the apartment at night is EXTREMELY loud. There is a discotek on the ground floor and the music blares all night long... between the music and the mosquitos we could not sleep. The positives: 1. Good location, close to train station and major sights 2. The host is a good communicator, and when internet was not working, he kept us informed and let us know he was addressing it

Perfect location (2min walk from train station, duomo, santa maria novella and san lorenzo), easy to find, friendly owner and big, clean room. I would really recommend this place to anyone who wants to see as much of Florence as possible as it is centrally located. Restaurants nearby are quite expensive as it is the touristic area, but the central market (literally outside the door of the apartment) offers cheap, fresh food daily.
