100m from subway *Brandnew Romantic Double Room*

Super Wohnung in einer Top-Lage ganz nah an der Metro. In ca. 15 Min. ist man an der spanischen Treppe. Die Whg. Ist sauber und es ist ruhig. Bad und Küche ist für die Gemeinschaft (es gibt insgesamt drei Zimmer). Also ich war Super zufrieden :) Grazie Alessandro :)

We had a nice stay. The room was nice and tidy. Easy access to metro and city of Rome plus big plus for the nearby park. Alessandro was a pleasant and helpful host. He is only in the apartment when new people arrive but we did have his phone number in case we needed him. The reason for the 4 and not 5 star: there are 3 rooms in the apartment which also means you share the bathroom with potentially up to 6 people, which occured during our stay. There is no seperate toilet, 6 people is bit too much for one shared bathroom/toilet, especially in the mornings. The kitchen is also way too small to accommodate 6 people at same time. Even with 4 it was cramped. Apart from that, very recommended place to stay during your visit in Rome.

This is a nice relaxed place to stay which is clean and easy to get to by metro.

We had a great stay in Rome at Alessandro's place. Very nice color themed rooms with a comfy bed! Very close to the center, was able to even come home for lunch in between sites. Fantastic cappuccino at the end of the street right before the entrance to the metro. Alessandro was very helpful and helped us find all the we needed including restaurants, grocery stores, apertivo, etc. I would highly recommend a stay at Alessandros if you are looking to stay in Rome.

Sono rimasta davvero molto soddisfatta della disponibilità e dell'accoglienza di Alessandro, è un padrone di casa davvero molto disponibile e piacevole. Molto apprezzabile e disponibili anche i proprietari del bar sotto casa. Più che comodo alla metro e questo è un grande pregio per Roma

An amazing place to stay. Room was very nice and spacious. Fully-equipped kitchen. Whole flat is nicely decorated and extremely clean. Close to metro station. We can't say anything negative about the place. We've really enjoyed the whole stay in Rome. Alessandro is the most helpful human being..he's very nice, polite and he has a great sense of humour. We would recommend the room to everyone who desire to have relaxing and enjoyable stay:)

la stanza è come descritta, il bagno in comune con altre due e c'è una cucina in comune. è vicinissimo alla metro e, a parte gli altri ospiti, silenzionsa. Alessandro gentile e disponibile. direi un buon rapporto qualità prezzo.
