The master bedroom has a double bed and private sink. The guest bedroom has 2 single beds. The rear room has a picture window with a panoramic view of north Edinburgh and a double bed.
The sitting room is beautifully appointed with leather couch and lounge chairs; with TV, DVD & VHS. The kitchen is a classic "farmer's kitchen" with traditional Rayburn cooker, dishwasher and usual equipment.
A private garden inside a lovely cast iron gated front yard and listed wrought-iron window boxes make this property a real gem of a find in Edinburgh.
PARKING - on the street nearby there is 'pay and display' parking - at about £2 per hour, enforced on weekdays & saturday (this may change, check the signs) There is a parking garage nearby for cheaper longer term stays. You can park temporarily in front of flat to load/unload.
