Room with Amazing View! (SR)

Everything was ok. Nice places around to eat and drink. Close to everything. But a bit expensive for a B&B without breakfast...

Super Lage (Metro und Supermarkt in direkter Nähe). Zimmer sehr sauber mit täglicher Reinigung. Gastgeber sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Leider kein Tisch im Zimmer, was das Frühstück etwas erschwert. Auch muss man sich - ausgenommen Kaffee- selbst mit Frühstück versorgen. Wir würden aber jederzeit wieder hin fahren ... Besonders wegen der tollen Aussicht. Alles in allem echt zu empfehlende, wenn man nicht auf den ganz großen Komfort steht....

Chambre confortable et très propre. Vue très sympa, quartier peut-être un peu excentré (peu de choses à faire à part les bons restos conseillés par gianpaolo). Le petit déjeûner est effectivement un peu sommaire (uniquement café/thé) mais nous étions prévenus par les commentaires donc ce n'est pas un gros problème. Gianpaolo nous avait envoyé un plan très pratique pour accéder à son logement depuis l'aéroport, c'était parfait... C'est donc une très bonne adresse (sauf pour les "fêtards" car le métro qui mènent aux quartiers animés la nuit ferment à 23h30! ).

Bon accueil Chambre et grande salle de Bain. Très bien situé et avec une belle vue de ROME. A refaire.

Gianpaolo was an extraordinary host. Provided me and my friends with maps of the city, and how to get around in the Metro. Metro is walking distance from the apartment. Apartment has a superb view of Rome, that highilights the rooftops of several tourist attractions. Makes a great photoshoot of panaromic views! It was really clean and safe. Comfortable beds with a good heating system. Gianpaolo is really helpful in getting you around the city.

Very good place to stay for 30€ per night, close indeed to the center and the metro is with really easy access! The room was perfectly clean. A little minus would go to the noise you hear from the street (but it's really no big deal when you know you're staying in a capitale). The host was really obliging. I strongly recommend this place (at least for off-season period).

we had the room at the main street-side: nice, spacy apartment, good bed, fine bathroom (to share with guests from one other room, so it can happen that you've to wait a moment 'till they are ready), beautiful view indeed. friendly and helpful host, ready to answer questions. location is great: 8 minutes walk from a train station to the airport, 4 minutes to a metro-stop (directly to the vaticano, for instance). absolutely recommended.

The rooms is clean and bright and the view is stunning of the city. The apartment is a short walk to the metro station so its easy to get into central Rome. You can also walk to the main attractions if you like to explore. I would stay there again!

The palce was great. It was clean and had a great view over rome just as promised. I had my own key so that i could come and go any time. The trainstation is really close so it took me like 10-15 minutes to be in the city center. The host helped me with reorganizing the bed and some information on the bus close by. The only thing missing was the breakfast but due to the fact that italians don´t really eat breakfast its understandable. But i could drink a coffee or some tea in the morning and had some space in a refrigerator to keep some food there. But all in all its a great palce to stay.

Netter, hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Schöne, große Zimmer. Sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Unter bed and breakfast hatten wir uns ein Frühstück vorgestellt. Dies bestand lediglich auf unbegrenzt freien Kaffee oder Tee. Aber ansonsten unbedingt zu empfehlen.
