On the ground floor is the spacious living room decorated in white, with two comfortable sofas and comfortable chairs. The kitchen and dining area are fully equipped to make your holidays a pleasure.
On the first floor are two rooms, one overlooking the sea.
The second floor is a studio with 4 beds. One half of the study separates the area into two rooms with two beds each.
The house is located on the beach, 30 meters from the sea. It is a prime location as it faces the sea and also very well connected (bus, tram, bicycle) to the center of Valencia City of Arts and Sciences, and so on.
Malvarrosa beach is north of the port of Valencia and offers 3 miles of white and crystal clear water area to all who want to combine a break from sand, water and sea, while at the same time in the city.
Malvarrosa beach has been for hundreds of years fishing beach. It is now a vibrant area with a wide range of restaurants, cafes and pubs.
This house offers breakfast and daily cleaning to anyone who asks and multiple activities (including shipping), tours, car hire, airport pickup, etc..
