- Check in 3:00 pm - Check out 10:00 am ( NO EARLIER CHECK IN or CHECK OUT ALLOWED UNLESS PREVIOUSLY AGREED BY OWNER)
- No smoking allowed in the unit.
- Pets are not allowed.
- We will not rent to vacationing student or singles under 21 years of age unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent.
- The owners is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that may occur while on the premises or its facilities.The homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guests. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order. Only use appliances for their intended uses.
- A damage/ reservation deposit of U$ 300.00 is required and must be retained until a walk through is performed at the check out and the property deemed undamaged with no missing or broken items.
- A 30 advance day notice is required for any cancellations. If a cancellation is placed more than 30 days prior to the arrival date, there will be no penalty accessed to any advance payment already processed.
Cancellations or changes that result in a shortned stay, there are made ( 30 ) days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment reservation deposit, damage deposit and any other payments rendered to date.
- Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit.
- No parties at any time, no loud noise after 10:00 pm ( due to city ordinance )
- MAXIMUN OCCUPANCY of guest is limited to ( 4 ) four persons. NO EXEPTIONS- An additional fee of U$ 50.00 per person per night will apply to guest in addition to previously agreed.
