Beautiful Hayes Valley Studio

Alex is a great host, careful, attentive and very kind. Her flat is cute and located in one of the most beautiful areas of SF. The house was very clean and well-equipped. We felt at home. Looking forward to coming back again :-)

I was in San Fran for a conference. I had a great time in Alex flat. I am definitely recommending to stay in the flat. Alex also provided me with valuable information regarding nice bars and restaurants in the area.

Alex was extremely friendly and helpful. We very much enjoyed our time in this well-located, tastefully furnished, beautiful, and clean studio in the center of Hayes Valley! We can fully recommend this place!

The apartment was clean and very well-connected! Alexandra is a very friendly and helpful host. We enjoyed our stay, although the apartment does look bigger in the photos than in real life.

Alex has been extremely kind and helpful : extra set of keys for my friend, coffee and tea in the studio, I really felt at home ! The place is really conveniently located, 3 minutes from Van Ness station, <10 minutes from Civic Center.

We have just returned to the UK after a delightful stay in Alex's apartment. I travelled with my Husband and 6 mth old baby, and Alex kindly provided us with a cot, high chair, play mat and baby bouncer at no charge. It did mean we were slightly cramped, but it took all the stress out of travelling with a baby and made our stay much easier. There was even a selection of toiletries and nice choccies waiting for us when we arrived. The apartment is in a great location, and whist the building itself is past its best (the corridors are quite shabby), the apartment has a very cosy and calming feel to it, and the neighbours were lovely. Overall, we were very happy with the apartment and our stay

El estudio es muy bonito, todo estaba muy limpio y no nos falto de nada. La localización es buena y recomendable si se tiene coche, ya que tiene aparcamiento justo en la puerta de casa. Alex es muy simpática y agradable.

Alex is so nice to take care of her guests. We were really well located (close to main transports) and in a very nice place.

This accommodation is very well located close to subway and other public transportation. The studio was as advertised and we found it very clean. It capably met our needs. Alexa was very hospitable and said she was available if we had questions. We did not need to contact her at all. Our only complaint was the condition of the hallways and entrance to the building (required cleaning) which are out of Alexa's control. Overall I'd recommend this studio for one or two people, no more due to its size.
