If you wanna reach the heart of the ‘Alt-Stadt’ of the Anatolian part of Istanbul with ease and comfort and if y prefer to be far away from the clamour and uproar of the main touristic center of the city, you are welcome to spend yr Istanbul days in the third floor of the Kadikoy Tulay’s house. Now you are an Istanbul citizen by finding yourself in a flat which is only 1 minute to the main and famous market street of that beautiful town by the sea and just 5 minutes to the main harbour which takes you where ever you desire and plan. So, I guess we might call it as 'entirely lucky’. You are free and ready to start for tasting Istanbul, being so far away from mess and hungry for capturing the real snap-shots of the streets like a city dweller. It includes a bedroom with its king size bed, a living room with its long couches and a studying room enabling almost four people to stay here. Wireless internet, cable tv are already in and even they look a kind of primitive, in fact its kitchen and bathroom have all been furnished with its whole outfits ( see the photos!). you are in an excellent position of having the great advantage of tasting the open market’s fresh vegetables and luscious fruits besides delicatessen shops’ countless dishes. what’s more, your location is even quite accessible from both airports of Istanbul like you might use a sea-bus ferry service on your way from Ataturk Airport. And,
finally, would like to add that this historical flat is also a peerless alternative for a business man/woman who have already become a real sick in those stuffy and musty rooms of that so- called luxurious hotels. as y notice, we have even designed a meeting room for them! our ultimate goal is simply making y feel at home and that is inevitably gonna push y to stop by here again.
We stayed the second time in Senol`s nice and cozy flat in Kadiköy.The kitchen is well eqipped ,the living room spacious ,the bathroom simple,but quite sufficient,as we live there on holidays.Senol was very helpful to give advices for a trip to Bursa and Nicaea(Iznik). We enjoyed the week very much and had liked to thank Senol for his assistance. We do hope,that it was not the last time we stay in Kadiköy.

şenol is a great host: smiley, polite and very thoughtful. When we arrived at night, we discovered that on the top of everything we needed like bedsheets and bath towels, he had bought some fresh apples, drinkable water, chocolates and coffee. We will come back for sure!

Mein Feedback: Die Wohnung war sehr liebevoll, sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Sie eignet sich wunderbar für 2 Bewohner.(Päärchen, gute Freunde). Alles da was man braucht (TV bis W-Lan). Die Nachbarn waren sehr hilfsbereit. Senol war sehr entgegenkommend am letzten Tag bzgl. der Schlüsselübergabe. Das Haus selber sieht nicht sehr schick aus, aber auch nicht unansehnlich. Die Wohnung überrascht positiv, nachdem man das Haus von aussen gesehen hat. Die Lage ist wunderbar, wenn man im Herzen von Kadiköy / Moda sein möchte. Man ist direkt an den guten Fischrestauants, Lebensmittelmärkten, Antiqueläden, Cafes, Bars, welche mit denen in Taksim durchaus mithalten können. die Anzahl der Touristen ist geringer und dadurch ist Kadiköy auch "echter". Der Stadtteil ist von den Menschen modern, jung, offen, Intellektuell (viele Studenten & Dozenten). Die Fähren sind 4 Minuten von der Wohnung entfernt. Diese Fahren sowohl zu den Inseln, als auch nach Karaköy/Taksim und Eminönü (Hagia Sophia, Großer Basar, etc). Die Wohnung ist zwar mitten drin, aber das Schlafzimmer liegt hinten und es ist daher nicht sehr laut, auch vorne nicht. Das Badezimmer könnte hier und da noch 1-2 kleinere Verbesserungen bekommen, aber ist jetzt keine "No Go Arear". Die Bushaltestelle zum Flughafen ist 4 Minuten entfernt, sodass die Wohnung auch schnell nach der Ankuft zu erreichen ist. Es empfiehlt sich der Flug über Shabiha Asia Airport.

Senol's house is centrally located in one of the nicest parts of Istanbul. The public transfer hub of Kadikoy is less than 10 minutes by foot. From there ferries, buses, the subway and dolmushes take you to all directions.
The house itself is comfortable, with comfortable beds, a well equipped kitchen, and hundreds of TV stations to watch from nearly every corner of the world. Even the wireless works fine.
We stayed here for a week and will definitely stay here again!
volle Punkzahl! Es ist eine schöne Wohnung am Rand der Einkaufs- und Futtermeile von Kardiköy dafür aber recht ruhig, bis zum Anleger zur Fähre läuft man 5min, W-Lan konnten wir nutzen und wenn man einen Sonnenstich hat freut man sich um so mehr über die Riesenglotze im Wohnzimmer mit ein paar deutschen Sendern. Senol hat uns sofort einen hilfreichen Überblick verschafft. Gerne wieder!
Wir haben wundervolle Tage in Senols Wohnung erlebt. Senol war sehr hilfreich und gab uns Hinweise,wie unsere Reiseziele außerhalb Istanbul erreicht werden können. Wir sind nicht das letzte Mal ind dieser Wohnung. Sehr zu empfehlen.

i have just spent a pleasant stay at this property, i must say apartment is quite large and clean, everything you need is available, although there is three flights of stairs to this apartment not a problem, also it is has easy access to all parts of Kadikoy and right in the heart of the town,plenty bars and restaurants, shops , there is noise from the town, at night but this is bustling with people and interesting, after 12pm everything is quiet, so good nights sleep for everyone, also quick walk to sea bus where you can catch the sea bus to other parts of Kadikoy, overall a pleasant stay at this apartment. Kadiköy ist ein lebendiger Stadtteil, aber weniger hektisch als der europäische Teil Istanbuls. Die Wohung bietet einen Ruhepol inmitten der Märkte, Geschäfte und Restaurants . Die Fähren zur europäischen Seite und anderen Zielen liegen nah, ebenso die Busse z.B. zum Flughafen Sabiha. Die Wohung ist technisch sehr gut ausgestattet und angenehm eingerichtet. Das Badezimmer ist etwas improvisiert, aber ausreichend. Mit einer kleinen Einführung von Senol konnten wir uns schnell orientieren. Seine Hilfsbereitschaft hat uns gut getan. Danke! Wir hatten wunderbare Tage in Istanbul.
Une villa de rêve avec vue sur la mer Egée ses voiliers et ses magnifiques couchers de soleil. Un accueil chaleureux et une situation pratique : une petite alimentation se situe face à la maison et une station de taxi juste à côté. Un vrai bonheur !
