Atlántida Beach Apartment has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds, one bathroom with shower and living room with small kitchen. It's located on the 3rd floor and there is no lift. The apartment is fully equipped with microwave, air conditioning, heating, washing machine and, all the facilities required to ensure your stay enjoyable.
In less than five minutes you can be strolling through the picturesque streets of the old city or in just 2 minutes you can enjoy a stimulating swim in the beach. If you choose the option of walking, you will arrive to the Gothic Quarter and Las Ramblas, the heart of Barcelona, in just about 15 -20 minutes, but there is also an excellent public transport that will take less than 10 minutes.
This apartment is an ideal choice for 3 people, but can accommodate comfortably, up to a maximum of 4 people.
If you are traveling with a baby young child we can provide a baby cot/high chair. Please check before you travel so we can confirm availability and price. We can offer Nespresso Coffee makers to our customers upon request and advanced booking. If you have a car, please note that you cannot park on the street and you will need to use a public garage car park, which can usually be quite expensive. However, we can suggest a car park for you with a reduced and special rate for our customers.
Preparing for arrival at the apartment
To get the apartment keys at the checkin, you must call the contact a person 20 minutes prior to arrival, so he can get the building.

Please, when you get to the building do not press the intercom, wait for the contact person outside the building without obstructing the door and allowing other people on the street to move around.

The Barceloneta district has been built on reclaimed lands from the sea about 250 years ago. It was originally used to build the Port in the XV century. Flanked by the Mediterranean it had become the fishermens district until first half of XX Century. Now days everybody goes to the district to eat in its numerous restaurants, because of its proximity to the center of Barcelona and the special character of the district and its inhabitants.

Late check-in and check-out: 50 € after 20:00; 70 € after 24:00 and before 08:00. To avoid unnecessary delays, you should call the contact person from the airport or when you are 20 miles away from the city by car, to confirm the exact time of check-in. At check-in you must submit photocopies of passports or photo ID of all adult occupants staying in the apartment. At check-in you must pay all amounts in cash (Deposit + Tourist Tax), in case you need to make a card payment you should request this prior to arrival.
The owner usually does not rent to groups where all members are less than 25 years old. Please respect the neighbors, no noise after 21.00. This apartment does not allow noisy parties, severe charges will be applied if guests do not respect this rule . Non-smokers apartment. Check security deposit and tourist tax with owner. Pets are not permitted.

Functional and very well located apartment. On the Beach 2 min, 15 min Ramblas, metro 5 min walk all.
Francisco is a great host, and good advice available.
The only downside is the proximity of parking, but the price makes up 50 € the week, knowing that in Barcelona the car parks are very expensive (about 30 € / day).
Appartement fonctionnel et très bien situé. Bord de plage à 2 min, Ramblas 15 min, métro 5 min le tout à pied.
Francisco est un super hôte, bon conseil et disponibile.
Le seul bémol est la proximité du parking, mais le prix compense 50€ la semaine, en sachant qu'à Barcelone les parkings sont très chers (environ 30€/jours).
+ Peak position, 2 min to the beach, 5 min to the metro, 15 minutes to the old town. Everywhere shops and tapas bars and restaurants.
- 3rd floor without lift, very, very narrow staircase. Bad for large suitcases! Poorly cleaned. Coffee in the filter was still in high cleared coffee machine. Even brushing is difficult without a proper broom.
The love seat had it crumbs and driver. Ask me seriously, who has cleaned since. Dishes and pots I first washed before use. Holes in walls ripped out because former blind was not montiertiert again. Bathroom was ok, but ventilation is defective. Incipient mold growth because without windows and ventilation remains moisture. Obviously, the shower tray is not properly insulated, as in the next room on the wall are efflorescence. It is small but ok and usual so in this residential area. But it lacks a little love to the apartment. A blind did not adjust itself, so it has been tied. etc. There is no very, very much love! Sorry!
+ Spitze Lage, 2 Min zum Strand, 5 Min zur Metro, 15 Min zur Altstadt. Überall Geschäfte und Tapasbars und Restaurants.
- 3. Stock ohne Fahrstuhl, sehr, sehr enger Treppenaufgang. Schlecht für grosse Koffer! Schlecht geputzt. Kaffe im Filter war noch in hochgeräumter Kaffemaschine. Selbst putzen erweist sich als schwierig ohne ordentlichen Besen.
Das Zweiersofa hatte Krümel und Fahrer drauf. Frag mich ernsthaft, wer da geputzt hat. Geschirr und Töpfe habe ich erstmal vor Gebrauch abgewaschen. Löcher in Wänden weil herausgerissenes ehemaliges Rollo nicht wieder montiertiert wurde. Bad war ok, aber Lüftung defekt. Beginnende Schimmelbildung weil ohne Fenster und Lüftung Feuchtigkeit bleibt. Offensichtlich ist die Duschwanne nicht richtig isoliert, da im Nebenzimmer an der Wand Ausblühungen sind. Es ist klein aber ok und üblich so in dieser Wohngegend. Aber es fehlt ein wenig Liebe zu dem Appartement. Ein Rollo liess sich nicht justieren, also wurde es festgeknotet. usw Es fehlt sehr, sehr viel Liebe! Leider!
The flat is very well placed. 3 steps and you are on the beach!
The stairs are a bit narrow and do 3-story ... but it's also very typical!
The habirtaciones are fine ... only problem that did not lower the water from the shower !!

Very good location. Near place Espanya ans also Place Catalunya. The metro is on the front of the bulding. Kitchen full equiped. No Nose, no problem with neighbors. Verry clean appartment.

Francisco & co were great hosts and the apartment was impeccable. Good location, good amenities around - including a big supermarket and mini mart full of essentials open daily until 2am - and the transport links were good. Would definitely stay again.

The bathrooms are tastefully renovated. For cons, the kitchen is little shabby provides kitchenware. No coffee pot, pots and pans had a little more than lived!

Appartement spacieux, bien situé et moyens de transports à proximité, supermarché en face.
Logement propre, draps changés et serviettes fournies.
Les salles de bains sont rénovées avec goût. Par contre, la cuisine est délabrée peu fournit en ustensiles de cuisine. Pas de cafetière, les poêles et casseroles avaient un peu plus que vécues!
Dernier bémol voisinage plus que bruyant, une nuit blanche, le voisin faisant le loup!
Nous avons téléphoné au propriétaire qui a fait le nécessaire et tout est rentré dans l'ordre par la suite.
En conclusion, appartement convenable pour quelques jours à moindre coût à plusieurs.
