Great Double Room in Sagrada Familia

maria is a friendly person. the flat is only for rental. my room was very nice. a nice room to the street with a nice view. it is central. thank you maria !

Assez bien ! Bon séjour, l'appartement est très bien situer, nous n'avons eu aucun problème, la ville est superbe et l'emplacement très bien. La chambre est correcte, le lit assez grand et confortable. Le point négatif est le carrelage par terre dans la chambre, et LE FROID ! Préparer de très bon pyjama et des chaussons en hiver car il fait très froid dans l'appartement ! Sinon pour le reste, malgré la cuisine un petit peu petite notre séjour était agréable et l'hôte est très sympa !

PROS:1.Easy acces from Prat de Llobregat airport with 1 e. on a T10 card (train from terminal T2B till Barna Sants station + buss 44 till stop Valencia-Pg.San Ioan-this bus stop is right across the street from the apartment)./2.Easy acces to Reus airport: 6.7 e.train from Passeig de Gracia-in walking distance from the apartment+ 2.5e.bus Reus-airport./ 3.Nice host-Mariangeles waited for us in the apartment and handed us the keys.It was in the afternoon, but she also waited for other people in the middle of the night./4.Good shower with plenty of hot water./5.Access to the kitchen, we did not really cook but made coffee and tea and stored our staff in the fridge./6.Kitchen and bathroom were supplied with the neceseries. CON:Lots of noise from the traffic. The first night we could not sleep because of it, but next morning we bought earplugs for 2.5 e and everything was OK. OTHERS:The appartment is realy nice and located in a lovely building.The area around is safe and very clean. They rent 4 rooms in this appartment that you can see on Wimdu Property ID: 3KPU7R94 /Property ID: 69U8HTKM/ Property ID: AUSPK6LQ and of course this one. There is another room occupied by a permanent rezident. There is only one fully equiped bathroom, the second one mentioned in the description consists of a simple toilet bowl. There are no door locks other than the one on the entry door.I hope this is useful for other people that consider renting this room. None of the above bothered us in the end. We sleeped well starting second night, the bathroom was available everytime we needed it, the other quests were very OK, there was no smoke or bad smell in the appartment and the price we paid for it was good.

Everything was perfect, the flat is very close to every tourist attraction. Mariangeles is very nice and helpful person. I can highly recommend this host!!!

We had a nice room with view on las Ramblas!!! The flat is only a few minutes away from the metro and you can reach every spot by walk from here! Really a central spot at the place to be. Mariangeles seemed helpful to us and was a friendly host. The only things to complain was the very loud party in the night which was in the flat on the other side of the floor and a very small bathroom. Which does only give you the poorest spanish standard available (warm water was coming and going). As we were 4 different parties sleeping in the 4 rooms in the flat I found it a little annoying finding the right time to get into the bath... Summed up, a nice little spot for those who do not want to spend time in the house but be outside and enjoy the city. You get a perfect junction to everywhere else and enjoy the pure spanish standard. Good for short stays but not to recommend for the ones looking for a quiet place.

Mariangeles was very welcoming and helpful. The apartment was very clean and the location was great! We stayed with her for 2 nights and she definitely went above and beyond to make our experience in Barcelona amazing! We will definitely try to stay there the next time we are in Barcelona and would recommend others to stay with Mariangeles as well.

We had a very nice stay in Mariangles apartment, nice clean bedroom, kitchen and bathroom. Very good location right of Las Ramblas, although I recommend packing earplugs since the street can be a bit noisy. I could definitely stay there again if I return to Barcelona :)
