The apartment consists of a living/bedroom with extendable couch, small kitchen, bedroom with 2 single beds, bathroom with shower, toilet and clothes rails.

You can do your grocery shopping in the supermarket just around the corner, another supermarket at "Praterstern", which is only one underground stop away, is open around the clock.
The underground station "Vorgartenstrasse " of line U1 is in front of the house.
The famous 'Wiener Prater' and the city center, Stephansplatz can be reached within 5 minutes.
The UNO City, the Vienna International Centre and the Donau Tower are also within easy reach.
Enjoy a cocktail at one of the many fashionable beachbars at the Donau canal, or take a boat trip to the Wachau.
In close proximity to the apartment you find the "Donauinsel", a leisure and recreation area surrounded by the Danube and the New Danube, where you can go for long walks, enjoy nice picnics or indulge in sunbathing. If you are the sporty type you can choose from a seemingly unlimited list of sports: cycling, water skiing, sufing, rowing, various ball sports, sailng, swimming and many more. Close to the underground stop "Donauinsel" (U1) a multitude of international restaurants offer a wide range of culinary delights, from Mexican food and fish dishes to Italian specialties.
In the warm season night owls will definitely have a good time in the bars and clubs of the "Sunken City".
The Twin City Liner is only a few minutes away. By ferry it takes you to Bratislava in 20 minutes. Vienna has endless possibilities. Discover the city with its endless possibllites.
Like in all central districts, the 2nd disrict is subject to a parking management scheme restricting parking from Monday to Friday, from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.
For this reason, parking in the vicinity is not free of charge and limited to 2 hours at the most.
If you do not need your car every day, you can park it for longer periods and for free at the other side of the Danube (22nd district) which is approximately 10-15 walking minutes away.

I was in Wien in March, the house is 1 minute to the tube station and in 10 minutes you can get the City centre. There is a small shop near the flat perfect to buy food. The flat is quiet and clean and Katherine was very helpful and friendly with us.
Landlord - Helpful and good communication. Detailed instructions to get there provided without asking. Apartment - Looks new and comfortable with good heating. The only thing missing is an oven in case you need to bake a cake or lasagne. Otherwise, it is completely furnished, from coffee machine, microwave oven to fridge. Location - Very convenient. 5 mins to the city center. The U-Bahn station is literally just 30 steps from the main door and there's a convenient store right next to it. It's already on my fave list.
Perfect location, welcoming host and good value for money .. The kitchen had everything you need.. We had minor issues like the heater in the living room worked for one day then didn't work again but the heater in the bedroom was strong enough to reach the living room, also the bathroom didn't have soap. In general we enjoyed our stay in the apartment and may come back again :)

Flat is very clean and nice, not far from city -centre. Subway is just around the corner. Wifi is free and works very good. It was a lovely weekend with my family in Wien.
Simple but good hotel near the U1 Vorgartenstrasse. Danube Island and the city center easy and easily accessible. Nice people and good support.
Einfache aber gute Unterkunft in der Nähe der U1 Vorgartenstrasse. Donauinsel und Stadtmitte einfach und gut erreichbar. Nette Leute und gute Unterstützung.
The apartment is located in the 2nd district, close to the Danube and the Prater. Several shopping for groceries are located in the immediate vicinity, the metro station is right outside the door.
The stay was really nice. The apartment is clean, nicely decorated and was for us as a family of 3 an ideal location in Vienna. The price-performance ratio is sensational. Since the bedroom is to the back facing the courtyard, noise is from the main road no problem even in the living room could have been sleeping on the sofa without any problems. Conveniently, the house has an elevator.
We would recommend the hotel in any case and even book yourself at the next stay again.
Das Appartement liegt im 2. Bezirk, unweit der Donau und des Praters. Mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für Lebensmittel befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe, die U-Bahn-Station ist direkt vor der Tür.
Der Aufenthalt war wirklich sehr schön. Das Appartement ist sauber, schön eingerichtet und war für uns als 3-köpfige Familie ein idealer Aufenthaltsort in Wien. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist sensationell. Da das Schlafzimmer nach hinten zum Hof hinaus liegt, ist Lärm von der Durchgangsstrasse kein Problem, auch im Wohnzimmer hätte man auf der Ausziehcouch problemlos schlafen können. Praktischerweise verfügt das Haus über einen Aufzug.
Wir würden die Unterkunft jedenfalls weiterempfehlen und auch selbst bei einem nächsten Aufenthalt wieder buchen.
In originally rented apartment the spa was broken and we were quartered at the same price in a larger apartment in the same house. (That's why I can not say anything to LA11-25.) The apartment was good and the location perfect.
Im ursprünglich gemieteten Appartement war die Therme kaputt und wir wurden zum gleichen Preis in ein größeres Appartement im selben Haus einquartiert. (Deshalb kann ich nichts zu LA11-25 sagen.) Die Wohnung war gut und die Lage perfekt.
So far so good. It's just an old house and on a main road.
But the distances are short and Vienna is worth a visit.
So weit so gut. Es ist halt ein altes Haus und an einer großen Straße.
Dafür sind die Wege kurz und Wien ist eine Reise wert.
