East light apartment

Great!! "as usual" ;-) (here for the 2nd time) Nice place, nice people: i really appreciated, once more! so i'd like to say thank you for all. Especially for the trustful relationship. For those who have not yet made up their mind: Anna is a very good host, her flat is comfortable and really well located (market, underground, nyugati railway station = 3 to 5 mn max!). Maybe next time there will be two keys (one for each of us) and it will be paradise ;-) See you soon, Anna...

a very beautiful and nice flat directly next to the metro. Even with 5 persons the flat is big enough! Anna is very, very cute and helpful. I would recommend this flat everybody!!

If you wish to stay in an place that makes you feel like a local and at the same time welcomed as if you were a long-time friend, look no further than this fine apartment. The description is quite accurate and the apartment is very clean and spacious, except perhaps the bathroom. There's lots of hot water and heat, but be aware there is no shower curtain. As well, I found there was a bit more traffic noise from the nearby Váci Út than I expected. However, there was no noise from the neighbours and in fact they are very friendly (but know no English, be warned. You'll hear a little German spoken in addition to Hungarian.). BIG pluses include: close proximity to Lehel metro station (at Gogol street), the Lehel market where locals shop and a terrific non-stop or late night convenience store located on the corner opposite the building. The hosts, Anna and András, could not have been nicer or more helpful with all my little questions and concerns. I felt completely secure and was very happy to stay at their comfortable apartment.

Anna’s apartment is very nice, elegant and comfortable. It was a very good experience for us to stay there for three days. The connection to the city center is excellent and the center is not far about 3 metro stops away. Anna and Andras are very kind people. We were very nice welcomed by Anna and she helped us greatly with her advices. We consider coming back to Budapest when the weather will be better for sightseeing. Thank you!

Wir haben zu dritt 5 Nächte über Silvester hier verbracht und fanden, dass das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis super war! Die Lage ist sehr gut: direkt gegenüber ein kleiner Supermarkt, der rund um die Uhr geöffnet ist; keine Minute entfernt vom nächsten U-Bahnhof "Lehel Ter" (von dort aus circa 4 Fahrtminuten ins Stadtzentrum); 3 Gehminuten zu einer modernen Markthalle; 5 Gehminuten zum riesigen WestEnd City Centre (Shopping Mall, Kino, Gastronomie etc.)... Wir sind auch in die Stadt hineingelaufen, zu Fuß braucht man ca. 30-35 Minuten ins Zentrum, aber da es relativ kalt war und die Bahntickets so günstig, sind wir meist gefahren. Die Wohnung selbst ist sauber und hell, zweckmäßig, aber nett eingerichtet und es gibt vom Föhn über den Wasserkocher, das Bügelbrett, TV, Mikrowelle, Herd, Geschirr und Besteck bis hin zur Waschmaschine und zum Wäscheständer alles, was man braucht. Wir hatten vor unserer Ankunft ein wenig Angst, dass wir in der Wohnung frieren könnten (da wir wie gesagt über Silvester dort waren), aber es war bereits ordentlich vorgeheizt und immer kuschlig warm. Es gibt bis zu fünf Schlafmöglichkeiten und das ist auch für die größe der Räume angemessen. Nur für zwei gemeinsam reisende Paare ist die Wohnung eventuell nicht optimal, wenn man etwas mehr Privatsphäre möchte, da die Zimmer durch eine Milchglastür verbunden und relativ hellhörig sind. (Es handelt sich aber NICHT um Durchgangszimmer.) Wir fanden die Wohnung ideal für unsere Bedürfnisse, es sieht auch alles so aus wie auf den hier abgebildeten Fotos. Der Vermieter Andras war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und so haben wir uns rundum wohl gefühlt!

We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment. The flat is very clean and nicely furnished. The subway station is very close, as well as the market. I can honestly recommend this place! :)

this is a really good flat if you want to know budapest! everything is pretty close (big, super cool food market, subway station and railway station), so you get in some minutes everywhere. the flat is very nice, the kitchen has everything, the beds are very comfortable, also blankets and towels are available and a balcony, which must be nice in summertime, to sit there and sip a beer. the host, andrás, was very friendly and helpful with everything. big thumb up! :)

el piso un poco lejos del centro, pero situado en una zona con numerosos comercios alrededor y un centro comercial enorme a 10 minutos del piso . en general no tuvimos ningún problema y András siempre ha contestado atentamente a todas mis preguntas y me ha ayudado en todo

A very nice apartment close to many city attractions! Thank you to Andras for every arrangement and all useful informations that you prepared for guest:) Unfortunately that I didn't have more time to spend in Budapest but it was 2 peaceful nights! I will recommend to friends for sure:)
