The apartment has two bedrooms (one is available to rent) and is on the third floor of a small, quiet apartment block with views of Table Mountain and Lion's Head.
There is a large communal garden and the block is secured by perimeter fencing.
The apartment has been renovated with modern finishes and appliances (flat screen TV, DVD player, gas cooker, dishwasher, washing machine).
The room has a double bed, a tub chair, a desk and cupboards.There is one bathroom (with a bath and shower) and a large lounge with a 6-seater dining table which guests are welcome to use.
It is in a very safe up-market area and within walking distance of restaurants, bars, convenience stores, parks and public transport. Safe parking is available on the street.
The walk up Table Mountain starts from the doorstep and I'd be happy to guide you up the more adventurous routes on the weekend. I'll also help with advice on the best restaurants and night spots so you can experience the best that my city has to offer.
I'm happy to collect you from the airport/station if I'm not at the office.
