Hello. Thank you for viewing this listing. My name is Bogdan and I'm offering my duplex condo for your visit to our great city.
We're located in Chicago's Humboldt Park neighborhood. The entire building is a recent build (2005). The top floor features a living room (with a fireplace) and joined kitchen (complete with stainless steel appliances). We provide bagels, eggs, coffee (and tea), as well juice and milk. Our kitchen is yours to use. There are two furnished bedrooms complete with private bathrooms. We provide clean sheets and fresh towels. The bottom floor also features a common room with a fireplace as well as a furnished bedroom/bath. We provide on-site laundry (washer and dryer), wireless internet access and DirectTV.
We're located nearby to local public transportation hubs that will take you to the Loop, O'Hare airport and anywhere else you need to be.
We are located northeast of North Ave. and Kedzie. We're very close to the Damen - O'Hare Blue line stop which will take you from O'Hare to downtown Chicago, to the west suburbs and back again. We're down the street from the CTA 72 bus line as well.

No small pets, we apologize. Also, we do not allow smoking indoors. We have two lovely patios for your to step out and smoke.
