Charming studio in the Golden Square of Nice (TC)

The studio is very clean and well-equipped, ideal for one person. It's perfectly situated near the beach and near the centre. The proprietors are very kind and hospitable. I'll definitely come back and i recommend it.

The flat was great as advertised in a perfect central location and Corinne and Thierry supplied us with a map and advice about the area. Great hosts that helped make a great holiday.

site super intéressant et sans embrouille

The location is great, just 30 seconds away from the beach! Thierry is very friendly and helpfull. But the room is really small and with diagonal ceilling, which makes standing up strait a luxury. And the toilet is in the room with only a sheet as coverig, so no privacy there!

We are two women who stayed for two days in this charming little new studio where we found everything what we needed. The atmosphere was welcoming and the position fantastic. The owner was very obliging and complaisant and we can absolutely recommend this place.

Très disponibles et accueillanux. L'ambient est petit, mais réconfortant. Excellent rapport qualité prix.

Gepflegtes, winziges Studio im DG, ganz nah am Meer und zentral gelegen.Durch Dachschrägen wenig Stehhöhe, selbst für kleine Menschen.Für 2 Personen eher ungeeignet.

Stayed four nights at the studio apartment discovering Nice and surrounding region. Very helpful and freindly hosts. Studio had everything we needed. Great location, not far from Nice old town, tourist office, 60metres to super market, and most of all less the a block away from the beach.
