eine tolle Wohnung in Brooklyn, sauber, gepflegt; günstige Lage - 10 min zu Fuß zur Subway nach Manhatten, usw. auch ein Geschäft in der Nähe zum einkaufen fürs tägliche Leben; sehr zum weiterempfehlen; vom Schlafraum aus sieht man sogar die Skyline von Downtown, Manhatten; danke, Franz und Susi

Nous rentrons de New York où nous avons passé un séjour très agréable. Pas de surprise sur le logement qui est tout à fait confortable et conforme à l'offre. Pas besoin d'amener de linge ni quoique ce soit, tout est prévu. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et accueillants. La ligne de métro est facilement accessible en 5 mn à pied, compter environ 20 mn de Manhatan. Le quartier semble un peu négligé, mais on s'y trouve en sécurité. Les commerces sont plutôt rustiques, mais on y trouve de tout et les commercants sont très sympathiques. On se trouve vraiment parmi les habitants, ce qui est intéressant pour découvrir la vie New Yorkaise en dehors des clichés. Il ne faut pas omettre de visiter les autres quartiers de Broklyn, Williansburg (de bons petits restos) et Heights jusqu'au parc du jardin botanique. Broklyn est en pleine évolution et contrasté d'un endroit à l'autre. Bref, une excellente adresse pour un prix accessible. Guy et Prisca

Nous avons séjourné 5 jours dans cet appartement de Brooklyn. Le quartier peut paraître un peu "décalé" mais le calme de la rue nous a surpris, ainsi que la cordialité du voisinage. L'appartement est très moderne, confortable et équipé de manière plus qu'utile. Le mobilier est neuf et la décoration colorée. Nous avons eu énormément de plaisir à y loger, malgré les 35 minutes de métro pour rejoindre Manatthan. C'est les yeux fermés que nous conseillons cette adresse!!!

Nice appartment and location! To stay in Brooklyn added to the New York experience! Also the host was very kind. Our luggage came a day late and they brought it to our appartment!

We had a great time in New York, the apartment was perfect for us. We had space, enough towels, everything to cook and even wash was there. The neighborhood was fine, 10 minute walk to subway, 30 minute trip to Time Square. At night it was quitte and the bed was great for a good sleep, which you need in New York. At this price is it a perfect value/money apartment. Would book this again the next time.

Really nice, bright and comfortable appartment with the square meters well used in a newly contructed bulding allowing you to explore the area in Brooklyn including the exciting and cozy area around Williamsburg. The host was very friendly and easy going.

It was a nice and pleasant stay at this apartment. Everything was clean and comfortable. We are sure that we'll come back to this place next time.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und sauber. Ruhige Lage. Sehr nette Vermieter. Am letzten Tag waren Renigungskräfte leider vor um 10 schon da. Wir fühlen uns vorzeitig rausgemissen.
