Very good location, the metro is just a few steps away from the building. The metro system is excellent in Madrid, so the centre can be easily reached. The apartment is clean, well equipped and there is free wifi. Raquel, our host was very nice and helpful. She did her best to make us feel like home. We could leave our bags in the apartment after check out as we had a late afternoon flight. I would definetly recommend it to everyone.

Exceptional value for money. Secure unit. Local to public transport. Would use again and recommend to others on a budget.

Bien, está al lado del metro. Al lado de la casa hay internet a 30 céntimos la hora y hay los necesarios cacharros de cocina :)

also eine Freundin und ich haben dort zwei Nächte verbracht ! Wir haben sehr gut geschlafen da man keinen Straßrenlärm hört ! Außerdem liegt das Zimmer sehr nahe an der Ubahn Station Urgel . Ins Zentrum braucht man auch nicht lange ! Unsere Gastgeberin konnte sehr gut englisch und war sehr freundlich

My sister stayed there. Roh's sister did the checking and she was 30 min late and unfriendly! The flat was nice, well located but a bit noisy. The kitchen was nice too but there were no pans to cook and there was only one glass!

Die Wohnung im lag gleich in der Nähe der U-Bahn, deshalb gibt es einen Stern. Es war sehr ungemütlich, kein Bild, dreckige Wände, kaltes Wasser. Brrrrr!!! Schade ):

Wir haben 3 Nächte in Raquels Wohnung übernachtet und eine sehr schöne Zeit dort verbracht. Als wir ankamen waren wir jedoch etwas von dem Sauberkeitszustand enttäuscht, weil die Wohnung auf den Fotos tip top geflegt erschien. Die Wohnung hat ein paar dreckige Ecken und auf den Betten konnten wir nicht gut schlafen. Allerdings hat das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis sehr gestimmt. Wir hatten das Glück die Wohnung zwei Abende für uns allein zu haben. Insgesamt ist die Wohnung sehr gut gelegen. Die U-Bahn Station "Urgel" ist ca. 20 Meter entfernt und bringt einen schnell an das gewünschte Ziel. Zu Fuß braucht man ca. 30-40 Minuten bis ins Zentrum (Puerta del Sol). Raquel ist eine sehr liebe und offene Person. Wenn man erst gegen Abend abreist, kann man sein Gepäck auch noch in der Wohnung lassen und es später abholen.

Kleines aber feines Zimmer in schön eingerichteter Wohnung, perfekt für eine Städtetour. Die Wohnung ist gut gelegen man hat sowohl eine Metro- als auch mehrere Buslinien direkt vor der Tür. Raquel ist immer erreichbar, hilfsbereit und super nett! Wirklich empfehlenswert.
