From the apartment you look at the small quiet intersection Eisenacher Str / corner Nollendorfstraße a quiet residential street with a few antique shops
The tiled bathroom is fitted with a shower. The small kitchen with a refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and stove invites to self-catering. In the house there is a baker. It is only 150-250 meters to a few supermarkets. Just around the corner are some well-known restaurants, snack bars, small shops. If you want a wireless Internet connection, please tell us when you book it.
You will live between the Kurfürstendamm and Potsdamer Place, near the zoo with its recreational opportunities and the embassy district. Wednesdays and Saturdays there is a famous market at the Winterfeldtplatz.
By the nearby metro station Nollendorfplatz the apartment is excellent linked to the Berlin public transport system (BVG). At central transport hub you will have access to the underground lines U1, U2, U3 and U4. The City Center of Berlin can be reached in just a few minutes.
The parking situation is pretty relaxed.By request you can get a parking space for your own in the backyard by a fee of 4,- EUR per day.
Towels and bed linen are included. No extra costs for the use of dishes, hot water, electricity, television etc.
