Description
Our building is nearly 100 years old but has been renovated and has both old-fashion and modern decoration. It is a clean, secure, well equipped and spacious apartment (120 m2) with high ceilings and sunlight. There is an entresol inside which is 30 square meter and that we use as bedroom with a queen size bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, a bathroom with shower, a romantic fireplace and a lift. The ground is parquet and ceramic floor. Also there is a big sofa in the living room that 2 people can sleep comfortably.
There is hot water during 24 h. It is a great choice for a family stay or group of couples for an enjoyable vacation in our city. The apartment is the top choice for economy, comfort and style in short/long term and it is from owner not agency. It is on 3rd floor but there is a lift that you can get directly into the flat. So that each floor has its own identical key.
The owner of the building lives upper flat. Whenever you have a problem or need help, you can keep in touch immediately.
When you stay here, you won’t need tour guides etc. The location is very central, in the heart of Taksim Beyoglu (Old Péra). It takes just 1 minute by walking famous Istiklal Avenue and a few minutes away from Taksim Square. You can go anywhere you want by metro, by bus and by boat easily. We are very close to public transportation. The near neighborhoods like Cihangir, Karaköy, Besiktas, Kabatas are for walking distance.
