From here it will take you only 10 minutes by the public transport to get to the Oktoberfest.
The U-Bahn U4/U5 (stop: Friedensstr.) is only 5 minutes away, all S-Bahn lines 1-8 (Laim or Hirschgarten) can also be reached in 5 minutes. So you are in the very center within 10 minutes. The property is located only one street away from the tram 19 with direct access to the center, Marienplatz in 15 minutes to Central Station in 10 minutes, to Hackerbrücke / Theresienwiese in 8 minutes.
The Rooms:
The rooms are 79 m² large and in a 4-room apartment on the 3rd Floor without lift, with new windows, located in a quiet but central residential area. There is a great common room and 3 bedrooms. The Oktoberfest and the city center is reached easily in 10 minutes at any time of day. You can smoke on one of the two balconies. There is one double bed (140/200 cm) in each bedroom and a sleep-couch in the common room. There is also a kitchen and bathroom. We have a washing machine, modern bathroom with bath and window, stove, dishwasher and oven, lots of shops and cafes in the area.
The stay of pets is not possible. Internet is possible via WiFi.
You can find a parking space nearby, the apartment is located in a residential area, there are also plenty of parking spaces available nearby.
Your Host:
The rooms are fully furnished and equipped each with a flat-screen TV. The rooms are cleaned prior to your arrival and after moving out or on request also cleaned during your stay. If you need help at your stay, i will help you how ever i can.
