House rules

If your flight leaves later check out, you can leave your luggage stored at home.

The housekeeping in the house is covered, but you will take care of the bedroom, no one will enter the room but you.

IF you want to bring food to prepare, you can make use of appliances and kitchen appliances (fridge, stove, pan and dishes) but you must bring your own food and cleaning so you have used. You will have linen and towels, you can use washing machine since one weeck of stay, you may smoke in ventilates areas of the house.
Is requested a deposit of 40 € at the time of check in, if all is ok (not broken or destroyed) it will return at the time of check out.

You'll have your own keys you must return the day you leave the room (If you lost you need replace) You can use the phone for local calls. By general law city of Barcelona, you have to modulate the volume of noise after 10pm.

Uitstekende plek om Barcelona te verkennen: op 5 min. van de metro. Prachtig uitzicht over de stad. Prijs en kwaliteit zijn in goede verhouding. Een nadeel: apartement is erg gehorig.

Esmeralda is a very good host. She will help and give good advices. The accommodation is nice and clean. It´s possible to use the kitchen an its equipment. I can recommend this place. Esmeralda, thank you for everything. Big kiss to Socrates :-)

Wir waren für eine Woche in Barcelona und es hat uns sehr gut bei Esmeralda gefallen. Das Zimmer ist klein aber sehr gemütlich und die Wohnung sehr sauber. Aus dem Wohnzimmer hat man einen wunderschönen Blick über Barcelona! Von Esmeralda und Flora wurden wir sehr nett empfangen. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur weiter empfehlen!

Host a very nice and pleasant. There was no problem with access to the bathroom or kitchen. Very nice location close to Park Guell. I would recommend living as a cheap deal for not requiring luxury guests.

Esmeralda et Flora sont de super hôtes! nous avons passé que peux de temps (2 jours ) mais cela a été top. On a été super accueillis. L'appartement est propre, aéré et la vue du salon est magnifique.

The home of Esmeralda, flora and Socrates has a good location. From the livingroom you have a good views of Barcelona, you are in 5 minutes at the nearest (downhill) metro station and the Prak Guell is also not far away. Before our arrival she gived us good and detailed information about travel and housing. It was really uncomlicated to share the bathroom and kitchen. The contact to the hosts was little bit low.

We had a lovely time in Barcelona, and staying at this nice house very close to parc guell and metro was perfect! The people with whom we shared their kitchen, living room and bathroom were very hospitable, nice and helpful.
