Modern Apartment in Valencia

Very nice place! Clean, central and the host Valero is so kind and helpful. We highly recommend it!

Die Wohnung ist ideal in der Altstadt nahe der Placa Tossal gelegen und mit modernen Möbeln leicht und praktisch ausgestattet. Der freundliche Vermieter Valero war bei Anliegen stets erreichbar und hat uns gute Tipps über Valencia gegeben.

Aardige en behulpzame gastheer die graag tips geeft waar je heen kan gaan. De locatie is perfect, midden in het historische centrum en vlakbij restaurantjes in een rustige straat. Het appartement is prima en voorzien van föhn, handdoeken, keukenspullen en nog wat kruiden e.d. van de voorgangers. Enige minpuntje: de douche is lauw en de boiler snel leeg, waardoor de douche van lauw naar koud gaat.

Das Apartment entspricht den Bildern, ist sauber und die Lage ist perfekt! Der Besitzer ist sehr freundlich und hat ein paar gute Tips für Unternehmungen oder Restaurants in Valencia!

We had a really nice time in this apartment.Valero, the landlord,was very kind and helpful with us.The flat is perfectly located.It is surrounded by many interesting principal shopping streets,squares and bars.I really recommend this apartment to stay in Valencia.Only a little "prayer" for future tenants and for the same owner: keep the kitchen more clean! Situato nel pieno centro della città,a pochi passi dalle principali attrattive (nonchè pub,supermarket e fermate dei mezzi pubblici),l'appartamento è posto al penultimo piano di una palazzina con ascensore e gode di un delizioso balcone.Nel complesso,il nostro giudizio può dirsi positivo,sia per la disponibilità del proprietario sia per la comodità e il riserbo nel quale abbiamo soggiornato.Uniche note"negative",ma che servono solo da consiglio,è quello di tenerlo un pò più pulito...appena si entra in casa si percepisce un buon odore(di deodorante per ambienti),ma i servizi e la cucina lasciavano a desiderare.

Het appartement was centraal en gunstig tov het centrum gelegen in een straat waarin het Valenciaanse uitgangsleven zich afspeelt. Verder waren op zeer korte loopafstand twee supermarkten waar 's morgens vers, warm brood voorhanden was. De gastheer gaf ons een korte en heldere uitleg omtrent de toeristische highlights van Valencia. In het appartement waren alle voorzieningen aanwezig om het verblijf zo aangenaam mogelijk te laten plaatsvinden.

Il soggiorno a Valencia è stato molto bello. L'atmosfera che si respira è coinvolgente. La posizione dell'appartamento è nel cuore del Carmen e quindi buona per girare a piedi tutta la città cosa che consiglio di fare. Il letto in effetti un po piccolo per essere matrimoniale. Valero gentile e disponibile a fornire tutte le informazioni utili.

We had 3 GLORIOUS weeks in Valencia. The apartment was well located, safe, clean, and had everything we needed. Our host met us on arrival, spent time with us explaining the working of the apartment, shared info about the city (where to go, how to get there, etc.) and left us to enjoy our vacation. He was there for us when we had questions later on in our stay, and had more suggestions for places to eat and shop. What a great experience!

Das Appartment ist großartig gelegen und wie auf den Fotos zu sehen eingerichtet... Ordentlich und gut ausgestattet!
