Our flight was 2 hours late, so when we got to the apartment we were immediately charged 20 pounds for being late. The apartment was smaller than expected from the pictures. The kitchen was very dirty and greasy and hot plates did not work properly. The oven did not work either, so the next day I called the owner to fix it. It took two days to put new plates in and show us switch to the oven which sat behind the microwave, so we could not see it. The water pipes are loose both in the bathroom and in the kitchen and it makes it difficult to open and close it again. The kitchen lacks a chopping board in my opinion. The refrigerator made a noise much about every 10 minutes and you could not make drafts in the room. TV remote missing new batteries like the clock on the wall.
But besides that it was a little charming very old apartment with crooked floors and a lovely bed. If you do not expect too much, it is an okey place to stay.
Apartment most suitable for 2 people to 4. It has only 3 chairs and once opened the sofa bed is little space left over.
Pros proximity to the two metro stations and bus stations and supermarkets.
Things to improve: to increase to at least 2 towels to head those available, a really little.
Small problem in welcoming because we expected the main street in reality the apartment is at the back.
In general the area is quiet and we were good
Appartamento più adatto a 2 persone che a 4. Ha solo 3 sedie ed una volta aperto il divano letto lo spazio che rimane è poco.
Aspetti positivi vicinanza con le due fermate della metro e degli autobus e con i supermercati.
Cose da migliorare: aumentare almeno a 2 asciugamani a testa quelle a disposizione, una è davvero poco.
Piccolo problema nell'accoglienza perché noi aspettavamo sulla strada principale in realtà l'appartamento è sul retro.
In generale la zona è tranquilla e siamo stati bene

Unfortunately, the apartment was not cleaned. The kitchen was very dirty, everywhere was dust. In the bathroom there is no way turn off something. Out of the drain pipe, it stank. The beds were not made, we did himself. In front of our house entrance were rats. If the apartment NOT recommend.
Leider war die Wohnung nicht geputzt. Die Küche war sehr schmutzig, überall war Staub. Im Badezimmer hat man keine Möglichkeit etwas abzustellen. Aus dem Abflußrohr stank es. Die Betten waren nicht bezogen, machten wir selber. Vor unserem Hauseingang waren Ratten. Würde die Wohnung keinem empfehlen.
The only real advantage of this apartment is that it has a great location right next to Hyde Park and it is easy to quickly reach central London in particular by bus.
The studio is located on the top floor (the last steps are difficult to climb) and faces the back of Inverness Terrace with a view without charm. In hot weather the only solution is the opening vent window and then enjoy the sound of vents located on the back of the restaurants in Queensway;
The studio is right .It appears well equipped but with little utensils or cooking or cleaning (not even a broom). Luckily we only used to sleep ...
So in the end we were disappointed with the quality / price ratio
Le seul véritable atout de ce studio est qu'il est très bien situé juste à coté de Hyde Park et il est facile de rejoindre rapidement le centre de Londres notamment par bus.
Le studio est situé au dernier étage (les dernières marches sont difficiles à monter) et donne sur l'arrière d'Inverness Terrasse avec une vue sans charme. Par temps chaud la seule solution d'aération est l'ouverture de fenêtre et alors de profiter du bruit des aérations situés sur l'arrière des restaurants de Queensway;
Le studio est correct .Il apparait bien équipé mais avec peu d'ustensiles soit de cuisine soit de ménage( pas même un balai). Heureusement nous ne l'avons utilisé que pour dormir...
Donc au final nous avons été déçu par la rapport qualité/prix
The apartment very comfortable, everything clean, with wifi.
Well connected by underground and overground.
Very friendly contact person.
Negative: was broken shower hose, but you could also shower.
Cleaning utensils were common with neighbors.
Worst: the entrance to the building.
El apartamento muy cómodo, todo limpio, con wifi.
Bien comunicado con el metro y overground.
Persona de contacto muy amable.
Negativo: estaba rota la manguera de la ducha, aunque te podías duchar igualmente.
Los utensilios de limpieza era comunes con los vecinos.
Lo peor: la entrada al edificio.
Not worth the price. I've stayed in cleaner, better serviced & maintained apartments/rooms then 10 Stanley. Its dirty unhygienic it's not worth your money!!! Kitchen /cleaning utensils minimal and I'm not to complain but falsely advertised! No toilet paper or fresh towels supplied.
The hostess was not Irene, appeared with a small delay someone else to give us the keys and tell us something of the apartment.
La anfitriona no era Irene, apareció con un pequeño retraso otra persona para darnos las llaves y comentarnos alguna cosa del apartamento.
the apartment is located in zone 3, but however the tube line is within walking distance and is well connected to central London. The area is full of market and all in all not bad, although I do not know how it is at night since we came back up to 21.00. The apartment was not the ultimate in cleanliness, in fact it was full of dust, but the thing that has been weighing on the sofa bed they slept in my children that was completely broken .... just be thrown away, buckled and rusty ... Ivan, the boy sent by Irene to fix the situation was very kind and tried to fix the best network .... but unfortunately without success. All in all, apart from the inconvenience and the smell of damp and mold in the entrance hall, our stay in London was amazing and London is lovely !!!
l'appartamento si trova in zona 3, ma tuttavia la linea tube si trova a breve distanza ed è ben collegata con il centro di Londra. La zona è piena di market e tutto sommato non è male, anche se non so come sia di notte in quanto massimo alle 21.00 noi siamo rientrati. L'appartamento non era il massimo della pulizia, anzi era pieno di polvere, ma la cosa che più è pesata è stato il divano letto su cui hanno dormito i mie bambini che era completamente rotto....proprio da buttare, inarcato e arrugginito...Ivan, il ragazzo mandato da Irene a sistemare la situazione è stato molto gentile ed ha cercato di sistemare al meglio la rete....ma purtroppo senza esito. Tutto sommato, a parte gli inconvenienti e la puzza di umidità e di muffa nell'androne, il nostro soggiorno a Londra è stato stupendo e Londra è incantevole!!!
