Apartment with view of "le petit génie"

Das Appartment ist klein, aber für 2 Personen und ein paar Tage ausreichend. Jean-Francois hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen. Die Lage ist hervorragend!

De ligging van dit appartement is super, middenin le Marais met allerlei leuke winkeltjes en vlakbij het metrostation. Het appartement is klein, maar prima en knus voor 2 personen. Alles is heel nieuw (douche, keuken etc.) en schoon, wat erg prettig was. De douche was lekker warm en had meer dan voldoende warm water voor twee. Enige minpunt vonden wij dat het servies niet allemaal zuiver was. Met de verhuurder had ik van tevoren en bij aankomst een goed contact, erg vriendelijk en betrouwbaar. Prijs/kwaliteit verhouding is zeer goed. Wij vonden dit een redelijk goedkoop appartement zelfs, in vergelijking met de andere appartementen op Wimdu.

An amazing apartment, very cheap, very central and well kept to a high standard by the lovely Jean-Francois. We had an amazing four day stay in Paris and this place was a huge reason why, it is just a scenic walk down to the Seine and then along it to reach almost every major tourist site. When returning at night its under a minute from the Bastille metro which 3 major lines link to so navigation is no problem. Generally, just hassle-free. Would thoroughly recommend to anyone! (Also someone previously mentioned that they though very tall people would have problems fitting into this rather small space but we had no issues at all at 5 foot 11 and 6 foot 4 so don't worry about that!!)

The apartment is located in a very cool area,just in front of the Bastille square. (there is the metro station). Rue de Lappe is full of pubs, bar and restaurants. However the house is really too small for three people.. But it could work for a couple ! It was clean, and the only surprising thing is that the bathroom's door does not exist (it could be a problem if you decide to go there with people you don't know so much well) but for us it was ok, strange but ok. A solution to this problem could be the Public bathroom of the condo.. Even if we have never used it.

A very nice apartment, at a perfect location (e.g. Metro bastille, short walk to the Notre Dame, ATM and a very nice bakery :).)We had a lovely time.

Eine gemütliche Wohnung mit perfekter Lage! Man konnte vieles zu Fuß erreichen. Jean-Francois ist ein toller Gastgeber, sehr hilfsbereit und super freundlich!

Wir haben insgesamt drei Nächte in dem Studio verbracht. Es ist recht klein, aber dafür sehr nett eingerichtet und sauber. Das Bett eignet sich nicht unbedingt für zwei Personen zum schlafen, dafür gibt es aber ein großes Schlafsofa was einwandfrei ist. Das Studio liegt direkt an der Bastille und man kann von dort aus super schnell alles mit der U-Bahn erreichen oder sogar zu Fuß wenn man möchte. Insgesamt haben wir drei schöne Tage in Paris verbracht und ich kann das Studio nur weiterempfehlen, da das preis leistungsverhältnis wirklich super ist.

Das sehr kleine Studio ist geschmackvoll, funktional u. hochwertig eingerichtet, und die Lage ist exzellent mit sehr guter Verkehrsanbindung. Im Marais und drumherum kann man vor dort aus alles zu Fuß machen. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war angenehm und unkompliziert. Einziger Kritikpunkt: Die Toilette war nicht sauber geputzt, das habe ich dann selber gemacht. Für diesen Preis empfehlenswert. Ich würde wieder dort wohnen wollen.

Ma mère et moi sommes restées 4 jours à Paris. Nous avons été déçues en entrant dans le studio car c'était plus petit que ce que l'annonce laissait penser. Une fois le sofa ouvert, on ne peut plus circuler et la mezzanine est tellement basse que je me cognais sans arrêt au plafond juste en me tournant. Je vous conseille aussi d'y aller seul ou avec une personne de qui vous êtes proche, car la toilette est collée à la douche (qui est transparente) et il n'y a pas de porte ou de rideau entre cet espace et le "salon". Par ailleurs, à notre arrivée, le frigo et le micro-ondes étaient sales. Cependant, je dois confirmer que le studio est très bien situé, dans un beau quartier et proche du métro.
