Welcome to Munich`s South-East part of town, in Giesing!
For all Wiesn-fans and Munich enthusiasts we put our living-room at your disposal!
Our flat has 50sqm in total. Your 16sqm cozy room is equipped with a new mattress 140cmx 200cm (on the floor). If needed, we add a mattress for a third person for Euro 20,- ( please bring your own sleeping-bag then).
The little bathroom is clean and functional. You are allowed to use our kitchen, equipped with waterboiler, toaster, fridge, etc. Tea and coffee are included!
You live very central at the Giesing train station. There will find the public transports (underground, busses, trains). You will be e.g. in 10 minutes at the main station with U2, at the Oktoberfest Theresienwiese in 15 minutes with U4/U5, etc. In our street car parking is for free!
Our home is a non-smoking zone. Please leave our flat as clean as it was, before your stay.
We are a little friendly and open family. Our little son (1,5 years) likes to get up early, around 7am. Please be aware! :)
