Room at Canal 5min walk from Center

Nous avons été assez déçu, en fait vu le prix on s'attendait à quelque chose de mieux... L'appartement est très bien situé , dans une rue calme et à coté d'un tram. La chambre est grande et agréable. Par contre il n'y a pas de rideaux ni de volets et la chambre est assez mal isolé, attention pour les frileux... La salle de bain est très petite et la cuisine presque aussi petite ... San loue aussi une deuxième chambre, du coup ça fait un peu auberge espagnole mais il manque une pièce pour discuter tous ensemble. En conclusion bien pour dormir mais ne pas en attendre plus

Nous venons de passer 4 nuits chez San et l'expérience est pour nous totalement satisfaisante. San est quelqu'un de très discret et disponible quand on le souhaite. Je conseil réellement celui-ci pour tous ceux qui souhaite être dans une atmosphère zen, détendue mais sans fioritures. Le logement est petit(surtout le coin cuisine) mais chaleureux.

A very cozy and idyllic place to stay. I especially loved the view of the canal right outside the window. It is also very conveniently located and easy to walk around. San is very kind and easy to get along with. Staying here was a great choice!

bonito dormitorio...acogedor , limpio...zona muy tranquila , muy cerca del centro donde puedes ir dando un agradable paseo...todo muy bien

Very nicE appartment , comfy bed and spacious room . Area was lovely residential family area with nice cafe , ice cream parlour and lots of supermarkets , transport was easy with tram 10 outside the appartment. Nice host quiet accomondation .

We really enjoyed our stay at San's appartement. It's very cosy and clean. It's situated above a nice restaurant/bar in a lovely environment. San is a friendly and open-minded host.

The room than San provides is large, comfortable bed and easy chairs and a large table for writing, eating, using computer. Good view of canal. Convenient location and walkable distance from train station although a good map is necessary. San is friendly and accommodating.
