House rules

Refundable Security Deposit of $250 due at confirmation of rental and refundable 48 hours after departure
$75 to be paid directly to the cleaning lady in cash at the end of your stay. Stays for one month or more, a cleaning lady is included every two weeks but you still must pay the $75 for the final clean. All laundry to be dropped and paid for at laundry downstairs upon departure. Typically $10-$20 depending on usage.

El apartamento está muy bien situado y es agradable. No tuvimos problemas para conseguir las llaves. Recomendable. Deborah estuvo disponible en todo momento via email para cualquier problema que pudiese surgir. A objetar solamente que no tiene wifi, solo cable de conexión, y que antes de dejar el apartamento hay que bajar a la lavanderia toda la ropa que se haya usado (sabanas, toallas, etc. ) y correr con los gastos, unos 25 dolares, que no está avisado. También hay que dejar 75 dolares para la limpieza.

Appartement douillet, dans un quartier sympathique Attention: - prévoir 20 dollars pour la laverie en plus des 75 US dollars pour la femme de ménage + 250 US dollars de caution - organisation à revoir pour la remise des clés: nous avons attendu 1h30 dans la rue la personne qui devait amener les clés! - pas de Wifi. Il y a un cable de connexion internet, non compatible avec notre ordinateur

A really good situation. In a quiet street but close to many bars and restaurants. The subway is 2nd Avenue on the line F which goes to many famous places. The apartment is pretty cool and has everything that you need but the only thing is that there is no wi-fi.
