(B5) Huge Double Room in London Bridge, 1 minute from the tube

Ganz ok, u-bahn sehr nahe, zentral gelegen, ruhige gegend. leider war zimmer nicht verschließbar und wohnung nicht supersauber.

Wir haben 3 Wochen in London für einen schulischen Austausch verbracht. Die Wohnung war an sich top. Doch leider hatten wir ein Problem mit der Heizung, welche 1 1/2 Wochen nicht funktioniert + das die Fenster nicht wirklich dicht waren. Das ansich war nicht das schlimmst sondern dass man dem Vermieter (der eigentlich in der Wohnung lebt) hinterher laufen musste, da er auf Briefe zuerst nicht geantwortet hatte. Die Lage ist SUPER!! Man braucht nur wenige Gehminuten bis zur Londonbright. Und die Umgeben ist auch sehr schön (gleich in der Nähe der Boroughmarkt). Frühstück war leider überhaupt nicht enthalten. Daher würde ich das Zimmer für einen KURZEN Aufenthalt auf jeden fall weiter empfehlen (aber nur für 2 - höchstens 3 Nächte).

De locatie is perfect, dicht bij de Londen bridge en 10 minuten lopen van de Tower bridge, bij het indiaas restaurant naast het verblijf is prima eten. De huisvesting is basic. Het slot van de voordeur een gedoe (maar gelukkig zijn er altijd omstanders die je willen helpen de deur te openen), het verblijf zelf de kamer is schoon, maar bijzonder basic. Giovanni hebben wij niet ontmoet, maar ook niet gemist. Voor drie nachten was het goed te doen, maar ik had iets meer verwacht van de host tav informatie over de omgeving, waar te eten etc. Tevens had ik toch bijvoorbeeld een spiegel op de kamer verwacht, een prullenbak ect., maar dat zijn maar kleine onvolkomenheden.

room large yes, but ok if you are a student come in to do exam etc.there is no mirror in the room .no tv.fire exit is at the bottom of steep flight of 3 .stairs.the bed is squeaky and slides all over....romantics and honeymoon ....NO NO.Doors dodgy!!I spent about 10 minutes trying to let myself in.Breakfast is a big name ,call it tea and coffee available,but for me no good if i have to go down stairs to make a cuppa.Giovanni is nice but sorry thats not what its about ,its the room!!!!

appartement propre et très bien situé. metro a 2min a pieds. tres bon rapport qualité prix. à recommander.

La habitacion tenia humedades, no se podia cerrar con llave, la lámpara del techo estaba rota, el baño no se podia bloquear y estaba bastante sucio. Habia basura acumulada en la puerta del apartamento (ruedas, maletas, bolsas,...), internet no funcionabla y la clave daba error. La direccion estaba mal informada y estuvimos una hora y media hasta que lo encontramos. Lo peor de todo fue el colchon y la almohada, jamas he dormio en una cama peor. Me estuvo doliendo la espalda y el cuello desde la primera noche. El fotografo que hizo las fotos es todo un artista porque supo disimular bien las carencias de este alojamiento. Lo unico bueno es que Anna nos esperó hasta tarde y llegamos al apartamento. Es la peor experiencia que he tenido en muchos años, así que creo que me aseguraré de mirar mejor los comentarios de la gente la próxima vez.

Appartement très beau et très bien situé . Un seul inconvénient évier bouché

L'appartement est bien situé, à 5 mn à pied du métro , mais malheureusement mal entretenu. Nous étions dans une chambre avec de la moquette plutôt sale (les autres chambres avaient du parquet) et la literie n'était pas très agréable ( matelas à ressorts que l'on sent bien et bruyant). Malheureusement , je crois que l'on avait la moins bonne chambre La salle de bain est vraiment très petite et en très mauvais état, le plafond est plein de moisi , le plancher en bois gondole et les plaintes se décollent. Il n'y a qu'une salle de bain pour 4 chambres, qui étaient toutes occupées. C'est faisable, mais il ne faut pas craindre de passer derrière les autres. Par contre l'hôte est très sympathique, et m'a donné beaucoup de renseignement par mail avant notre arrivée.

Great location! Appartment is centrally situated in a nice neighbourhood with an awesome connection to public transport system! 24/7 bus sto just around the corner (3 min by feet)! It is really a nice place to stay if you are visiting London!
