Double A/C room 8' frm Central Station, near M3 Zara

Die Wohnung an sich hat ziemlich zentral gelegen. Der Aufenthalt in der Wohnung war angenehm. Der Einzige Kritikpunkt ist die Hygiene. Sowohl Bad und Küche als auch das Schlafzimmer sollte in nächste Zeit mal wieder geputzt werden. Während unseres Aufenthaltes hat noch eine Dame in dem Nebenzimmer gewohnt - kaum Kontakt zu uns gepflegt - Schade! Gio haben wir nur einmal gesehen. Ziemlich freundlich und hat uns auch viele Sightseeing Tips gegeben. Alles in allem war der Aufenthalt für den Preis ganz ok!

Great location close to Stazione Centrale with several means of transportation available. Room was clean and big. Email communication was fast and without problems. Decent WiFi connection. Access to fridge and kitchen - An overall great experience, can definitely recommend this place for the money. Only weak point was the worn mattress.

Had a great stay at Gio's appartement! The apartment was in good condition and had all the necessary stuff you need for a short stay. Free parking at the end of the street was one of the perks of staying at Gio's place. Metro/Train was only 5 min walk away from the apartment with direct access to the center of Milan. Super!! Thanks for a great stay Gio. I recommend anyone travelling through italy to stay at Gio's place. Money was well spent!

The room was ok for price, the place is a bit dirty but the host is helpful. the place is really near to a station. the place provides air conditioning!

In spite we arrived quite later than expected he's waiting for us. Gio was at every time useful and willing to do any information we needed. The best points were he offered me to park the motorbike inside the Estate yet could got him into trouble and the air con into the bedroom for such a hot nigh really gave us a chance to have a nice rest. Location is quite far from the city centre and the area has absolutely no interest but this is compensated for by a price significantly lower than the apartments in areas closest to the center. The only bad bit are the excessive proliferation of highly personal objects like clothing, shoes, electronics, etc. all over the bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and lounge.

il proprietario dell'appartamento è molto disponibile, conosce bene anche l'inglese. Inoltre è aggiornato spesso sugli eventi a milano, e sa consigliare ottimi ristoranti e locali in centro a prezzi molto accessibili. L'appartamento è molto carino e confortevole, adatto ad un comodo soggiorno in tranquillità (nonostante la posizione centrale)

Camera pulita ordinata in una casa calda e accogliente, posizione centrale. il proprietario è una persona molto ospitale e mi ha dato ottimi consigli sui ristoranti della zona. Il posto è sporco e le porte si chiudono con un paspartù. Lo sconsiglio .

Check in perfetto, ordine e pulizia camera da letto discrete, decisamente da migliorare quelle del bagno ( responsabilità probabile dei coinquilini e non del proprietario).
