Description

House rules

It is an essential condition for checking in to pay a deposit against damage (normally 150 euros), which shall be paid when you receive the keys of the apartment.

Cleaning fee: 39 euros (to pay at arrival)
Tourist tax at arrival: 0.72 Eur/person/night (to pay at arrival)


Arrival and departure times:

Check-in: 3 pm to 9 pm.
Check-out: Before 11 am.

Checking-in and checking-out times will be flexible and can be arranged provided there are not other bookings made prior or after your reservation.
The client must always inform of the approximate arrival time. If the client arrives between 9 pm and 12 am, he/she shall pay a 30 euros extra charge. Arrivals after 12 am and until 2 am shall have an additional extra charge of 50 euros.

Great place to stay! Spacious, bright and well-equipped apartment. Near the metro station. Walking distance to Barcelona main attractions. Also very nice contact person.

The apartment is well equipped with everything one would need. The place is as quiet and clean. Good value for the price. Very good localization. Most of the main "must see" within walking distance.

Een fijn appartement. Mooi centraal gelegen nabij het metrostation. Goed ingericht en alles bij de hand. Enkele verbeterpunten. Het servies en bestek verdienen wat aandacht. Betere messen en een kurkentrekker kan zeker van pas komen. Maar zeer belangrijk om iets te doen aan geluidisolatie. Het appartement is zeer gehorig (straatgeluid). Vooral 's nachts is dit hinderlijk en niet bevorderlijk voor een goede nachtrust.

Very comfortable flat! we really enjoyed our stay and we loved the balcony! Two rooms which are small but adequate. good location-near to metro station.

Lejligheden ligger perfekt og vi nød byen lige rundt om hjørnet. Desværre var der håndværkere i lejligheden ved siden af, så vi blev vækket tidligt om morgenen.
