Full Modern Comfort and Glorious Aesthetics

Stayed in this appartement recently & I can highly recommend it. What a nice place! Everything was new, fresh, well taken care off. Arrival & obtaining keys was very quick & easy. The area Prenzlauer Berg is very nice with many nice coffeebars, restaurants, bars & nice shops all at walking distance. Very nice to live and be part of another area of Berlin than the more obvious tourist area's like Friedrichshain or Mitte.

Wow. Such a beautiful, well-equipped apartment in the prettiest, funkiest neighbourhood .... and the ceiling is so lovely it makes it hard to stop admiring it and get out of bed. The place is right on the tramline but I recommend hiring yourself a bicycle at the nearby Kulturbrauerie and making like a local. Prenzlauer Allee is the main drag right down to the Brandenburg Gate and beyond to the lovely Tiergarten. It couldn't be more fun or convenient. Thanks Juliana. I'll be back.

This is really a great appartment! Nicely decorated, comfortable and located in an interesting neighbourhood with lots of restaurants and small shops. The ceiling is special but also the rest of the appartment is well taken care of. The people who rent the appartment are very kind and helpful.

This apartment in Berlin was in a great location. Tram stop almost outside the apartment, or very easy to walk to lots of the sites. The apartment was lovely - beautiful ceiling , absolutely perfect in every way. Juliana met us when we arrived. I would have no hesitation in recommending this apartment. Berlin is fascinating so stay here and enjoy the city! Learn by our mistake if you are travelling around Germany by train BOOK your tickets a few days before departure- much cheaper!

We had a wonderfull stay at the appartment. Clean and peaceful building. We stayed here with 3 adults and had room enough. With a tram stopping at 1 min walk you could go anywhere you wanted. If I am going to Berlin another time, I would stay here again.

We enjoyed staying in the apartment. It was very convenient for many of the sights of Berlin, and meant we did not have to use public transport much. However, when we did want to use the transport network – there was a station just a few hundred metres away! There were some lovely restaurants and cafes in the locality which we went to in the evenings.

L'appartement est clair et bien situé dans la ville. Il est à proximité du métro U-Bahn (Station Rosenthaler), ce qui permet d'aller rapidement un peu partout dans Berlin. Le fait d'avoir un parc juste en face de l'immeuble est un avantage. Cependant, les fenêtres donnent sur un mur qui n'est pas spécialement joli. Par ailleurs, la description de l'appartement indique qu'il se trouve à 5 minutes à pied d'Alexander Platz. Google Maps donne une distance de 1,7 km à parcourir en 22 minutes à pied. Le matériel électro-ménager fonctionne bien et la machine à laver le linge a été appréciée. La télévision donne accès à de nombreuses chaines, mais elles sont toutes en langue allemande (sauf une qui émet à mi-temps en anglais). Enfin, la distance à parcourir entre la réception des clés et l'appartement est non négligeable (1,3 km), ce qui n'est pas facile avec des bagages. Néanmoins, le bilan est globalement positif.

Appartement grand et bien localisé. C'est calme et et les lits sont confortables. La salle de bain est immense, c'est pratique quand on est à plusieurs.
