Santiago 1: Apartment in historic center-Pool

Comfortable apartment in excellent location for the centre. Very clean. In need of some minor repairs but nothing that affected our stay. Iron & hair dryer a bonus. Much better than staying in a hotel. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Very nice appartment, well equipped and very central. Within walking distance to all the main attractions. Sebastien was very helpful and friendly. We really enjoyed our stay.

A very nice and cosy apartment well located in Seville. The apartment is small but have everything you need. It is easy to get in contact with the owner and they were very helpful!

Great location (between train station and city historial centre).Very quiet at night. Clean and everything you need. Only disadvantage could be that its a bit dark (no windows to the outside and its on the ground floor).

Perfect accommodation! The owner Fernando is a very kind man, who even helped us to find the cheapest parking ever! The apartment itself is also very nice, and cosy, and very tidy. I would recommend this apartment to everyone!

Vérifiez bien que l'appartement est fourni équipé de draps et serviettes comme mentionné dans l'annonce. Nous avons eut la mauvaise surprise de découvrir que ce n'était pas le cas le 1er soir mais cela a rapidement été réglé. Sinon rien à redire, l'appart est très fonctionnel, la terrasse est superbe, et c'est très bien placé!

We zijn zeer tevreden met het appartement; er waren enkele kleine problemen in eerste instantie, maar die zijn snel en adequaat opgelost. Het appartement was ruim en schoon met een groot privé terras. Sanitair was uitstekend. De buurt zelf is een beetje een volkswijk en daardoor heel relaxed. Het centrum was op loopafstand goed te bereiken. Een aanrader!!

Great appatment in the city centre of Seville! Really good equipped kitchen with a big fridge, so that you can prepare your own meals. We were really satisfied!

Das Appartment war nett und relativ sauber. Die lage auch in ordnung. Fernando hat man nicht zu Gesicht bekommen, ein Freund brachte uns die Schlüssel, da Fernando mehrere unterkünfte besitzt und wohl sehr beschäftigt war. Daher war auch die kommunikation nicht sehr einfach. Wir wollten ein neues Spannbetttuch als wir ankamen, weil das dort vorhandene nicht sauber erschien. Fernando vertröstete uns auf den nächsten Tag per SMS, bekommen haben wir jedoch nie eines, gemeldet hat er sich auch nicht mehr.
