Is located right behind the Hotel Hilton,by waterbus (that runs every 10 minutes), in 15 minutes you can reach St. Mark square, Train Station, Piazzale Roma or Tronchetto Parking.
The B&B faces a large canal and is on the ground floor of a typical Venetian 17th century building
2 double-bedded rooms (extra bed on request), fully furnished with linen and towels, can accomodate single guest or families (cribs and extra-bed available).
The spacious bathroom with shower is shared by the guests.
A Venetian courtyard welcomes the guests with its beautiful flowers: an ideal place for relaxing with a drink after a day of sightseeing.
Continental breakfast is included and during the warm season it can be served in the garden.
