séjour merveilleux dans la belle ville de séville. L'appartement est très bien placé et pourrait être très agréable si l'odeur d'égout et de renfermé absolument nauséabonde n'envahissait continuellement l'atmosphère. Le canapé aurait aussi besoin d'un sérieux lavage. De plus nous n'avons pas retrouvé cet esprit wimdu consistant à ne pas se trouver démunis des produits de 1ère nécessité: sel, poivtre, huile, vinaigre, sucre...

Lejligheden var 10 minutter gåtur til centrum. Det var meget fugtig lejlighed. Man kan tydelig se fugten på væggene næsten alle steder. Det var også kakerlakker i både badeværelse og køkkenet.

Greta location, realy nice flat, liked all the local bars, especially the Anarchist bar 5 minutes wak from our apartment. The apartment is 10 minutes walk from the centre of Seville, having been to Seville on 3 previous occasions, i was not too interested in going into the centre, eating and drinking is far cheaper in the area rather than the centre.

Prima locatie op loopafstand van het oude centrum. Ivm harde bekleding is het appartement nogal gehorig . Er is geen directe verbinding met omgevingsgeluid.

Nos ha encantado el apartamento,muy limpio,cuidado y en pleno centro. El dueño se porto genial con nosotros,incluso nos busco aparcamiento para el coche.Sin duda repetiremos.

Great appatment in the city centre of Seville! Really good equipped kitchen with a big fridge, so that you can prepare your own meals. We were really satisfied!

Das Appartment war nett und relativ sauber. Die lage auch in ordnung. Fernando hat man nicht zu Gesicht bekommen, ein Freund brachte uns die Schlüssel, da Fernando mehrere unterkünfte besitzt und wohl sehr beschäftigt war. Daher war auch die kommunikation nicht sehr einfach. Wir wollten ein neues Spannbetttuch als wir ankamen, weil das dort vorhandene nicht sauber erschien. Fernando vertröstete uns auf den nächsten Tag per SMS, bekommen haben wir jedoch nie eines, gemeldet hat er sich auch nicht mehr.

fijn appartement op een erg leuke locatie. alles te belopen. s avonds wat gehorig ivm horecagelegenheden onder appartement. daarentegen, wel heel erg leuk om te ontbijten of wat te drinken. heerlijke ham.

Owner is very nice. The apartment is fine if you would stay 2-3 nights and your mission is to stay mostly outside enjoying Sevilla. Good things: great location; all facilities in the apartment, calm street Not so good things: very bad smell coming from the bathroom!! small boiler, you can't enjoy long shower, hot water is enough for one person. Overall, if you hope for luxury, its not your place but if you don'care so much your stay would be great. We had great and unforgetable time in Sevilla!

Appartement correct bien situé, à 15 minutes Du centre historique. Nous avons apprécié la proximité des petits commerces d'alimentation. Accueil chaleureux .Bonne Literie. Équipement en vaisselle restreint. Intérêt du Parking voiture sous le bâtiment mais accès délicat. Bon rapport qualité prix.
