Lejligheden er meget simpel, der er kun lige det der skal bruges. Lidt slidt! Trist område, men opgang og lejlighed ren og pæn. Nemt at komme til centrum :-) For få håndklæder og viskestykker. Ankomst og aflevering fungerede godt! Mona

Schöne saubere Wohnung mit unkomplizierten Besitzern. Entfernung zum Zentrum leider nur mit Metro zu bewältigen. Aber sonst tiptop.

Charming apartment, very clean and nicely furnished!!! Extremely convenient, located 5 metro stations away only from the duomo, and with lots of shops nearby. Angela, the owner, has been extremely friendly and available to answer my questions. I will definitely use this accommodation again when I come back to Milan!!!

Estudio super acogedor y limpio!! Mi tren se demoro una hora y Angela me espero en el estudio con una sonrisa de bienvenida... Nunca antes visto!!

Muy buena experiencia con Ángela, ella es muy accesible. El piso muy limpio y seguro,los vecinos simpáticos y tranquilos. El barrio es excelente, cerca de todo y con muchas opciones. El mercado de Santa Catarina es una buena opción para cenar o almorzar. Pasamos una linda semana ahi.

Het is een mooie studio, ziet er van binnen netjes en schoon uit, net zoals op de foto's. We hadden alleen enkele kleine details: - Er kwam vrijwel geen water uit de kraan in de badkamer - Niet alle lampen deden het - Er zou een dvd speler zijn, die was er niet. Op TV alleen italiaanse zenders. - Jammer genoeg geen waterkoker, koffiezetten moest in een pan! - Het mooie zitje van de foto, bleek een tafel met 2 stoelen te zijn. Heel jammer, want hiervoor hadden we voor deze studio gekozen! - In het voorjaar geen zon, je zit compleet ingebouwd. Qua ligging en prijs vind ik het eigenlijk te duur. Het zit te ver van het oude centrum af. Alles moet dus met de tram of bus (de verbinding is wel goed). Lopend vanaf het centrum zeker 45 minuten.

Appartement bien situé au cœur de la vieille ville mais pas très bien entretenu, la propreté laisse à désirer notamment dans la salle de bain.(poils au sol, tâches, pommeau de douche rouillé ... ) Pourrait être à recommander s'il était mieux entretenu et plus propre.

The condition of the apartment was great. It had a TV with a USB entrence and also DVD/CD player which worked very well. The beds were very comfortable. Kitchen worked very well. Fourth floor might sound promising, but there were a lot of stairs up to the apartment with just low bannister, and the apartment had windows into an unfinished elevator shaft. This is not an apartment for those who are scared of heights nor for the ones who do not like climbing stairs! The apartment is very close to a lot of things to see in Barcelona. Beach was closer to 20 minutes by foot though, not 10. But it was worth it. It was also very close to a great store, great market and a great tapas bar. There was no place to hang wet swimming suits etc, in the apartment, but there was a terrace a few stairs up to hang them. The person who gives the keys is very kind, but knows very, very little English. When contacting Angela, ask for correct adress, since this is not the one. Not about the apartment, but about Spain in August: very hot, even in the nights. So beware, when renting an apartment.
