The apartment is located in a building on the front line of Copacabana beach - on Avenida Atlantica between Francisco Sá & Souza Lima.
The apartment has been newly-refurbished by an interior designer in a modern, contemporary style. It's on the top floor (12th) of the building which has 3 elevators.
The apartment has a high speed wi-fi internet connection and cable TV channels and both living room and bedroom have newly installed air-conditioners which can also be used as heaters in the winter.
The bedroom has a full-size bed with lots of wardrobe space and there is a safe to secure your valuables. The living room has a sofa bed, a 32-inch LCD TV with cable channels and a CD & DVD player. The kitchen is modern with a granite worktop, microwave, fridge with freezer section, stove and a washing machine. Cooking and eating utensils are provided.
The apartment is in a secure building with 24 hour porter and security cameras (which, as well as the porter, you can also monitor on the TV channel) and it is situated just in front of the world-famous Copacabana beach in the posto 6, which is a safe area and considered the more prestigious part of Copacabana, next to Arpoador and just a 5-10 minute walk to Ipanema. Everything you need is on the doorstep: the beach, shops, bars, restaurants, banks, gyms, etc. The metro is just 5 mins walk on Sa Ferreira (not shown on googlemaps for some reason). The building in located between streets Francisco Sá and Souza Lima.
Bed-linen and bath towels are provided.
Please note, despite being so close to the beach the apartment does not have a sea view.
