This is a Strictly NON SMOKING Flat.

UPON ARRIVAL AT PROPERTY, ALL GUESTS MUST WAIT FOR ME AT THE FRONT GATE OUTSIDE OF THE BUILDING. BUILDING RESIDENTS WILL COMPLAIN TO PROPERTY MANAGEMENT IF THE LOBBY AREA INSIDE BUILDING IS BLOCKED. THANKS FOR YOUR KIND UNDERSTANDING FOR AN ENJOYABLE STAY.

Check in time is AFTER 12:30 pm. Make sure to contact us by phone at least 30 minutes prior to arrival such that we can meet you at the flat to hand you the keys and acquaint you to the surroundings. NO CHECK INS available after 2:00 pm unless written approval is obtained prior to arrival.

Guests must wait for us OUTSIDE the building upon arrival and not enter the building without us as this causes unnecessary misunderstandings with the property management and residents of the buildings.

Please help us save the environment by turning off electrical appliances when leaving the apartment or not using them.

Water heater needs to be turned off when not using. If it breaks due to prolonged time left on, you will not have any hot water for your stay and will be subject to expensive repair charges.

In the case that you have an evening departure flight:
Please note that you can check in your luggage at anytime during the same day as your flight at the Hong Kong Station Airport Express, which is only a 5 minute taxi or bus ride from the apartment. That way you would be free to explore the city on your last day, not having to worry about your luggage or rushing to the airport since you have already checked in, you will not have to be at the airport as early as everyone else.
