You feel like BEING ON HOLIDAY AND AT HOME IN BERLIN at the same time. The new and modern apartment in the renovated historical building has space for up to 5 persons.
The 60 square meters entail a bedroom with a balcony to the street, a living room with sofa bed, TV, a spacious dining area and a french balcony overlooking the backyard, a fitted kitchen, bathroom with shower and a spacious hallway:
* BEDROOM
1 bedroom with double bed 160x200 cm (1 mattress / 2 blankets) and an extra bed 80x100cm, 1 wardrobe provides space for the holiday clothes. 2 bedside tables with reading lamps beside the bed. Mattresses, blankets and pillows are provided with seat covers to be able to guarantee optimum hygiene. (With the arrival of the guest beds are already occupied, of course).
* LIVING ROOM
The living area is furnished with a sofa bed which provides additional sleeping space when needed for two people. With a flat screen TV, a radio and a small Berlin Library (Information folder to the environment) with guidebooks (Lonely Planet Berlin, Berlin with kids), entertainment and shopping tips, cycling map and city map of Berlin provides the living room for plenty of room around for a long Berlin Day to relax or an ideal preparation for his next day in the capital.
A DVD player with a selection of films in German, French and English as well as various board games for young and old you are free to use.
WiFi / WLAN is available to guests at no extra charge!
*KITCHEN
The kitchen is equipped with a kitchenette. This offers a refrigerator, stove, kettle, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishes from the cereal bowl until the egg cups, cutlery from coffee spoon over the cheese knife up to the salad cutlery, pots and pans, dish towels, dish soap and sponges.
All the important items for a group breakfast, for long evenings cooking or preparing a quick snack between meals. Meals can be taken at a large dining table where guests can cozy get-together.
Coffee, coffee filters, creamer, sweetener, sugar and spices, vinegar and oil are the basic equipment of the apartment kitchen.
*BATHROOM
The bathroom with shower are ready enough towels, toilet paper and hand soap. A hairdryer is available to guests.
*HALLWAY
A spacious hallway is used in addition to ample storage space for clothes and space for storage of luggage. As a map mural provides an accurate overview of attractions in Berlin.
*BALCONY
The balcony is equipped with two chairs and a table. You can smoke on the balcony - ashtrays are provided.
*EXTRAS
! ! Security is important: in the apartment there is of course a fire extinguisher, space detectors, child safety in the sockets, and a first-aid-pack ! !
